But on to what you care about the actual job. I am on the 3rd floor of a condo and they had no problem running the hosing and getting everything up ready to go. They communicated everything they were going to do. They did warn me it is loud. It is loud. I happened to have air-plugs and I put them in. They cleaned and vacuumed. It's all very contained, not nearly as messy as I thought is was going to be. After they were done, they vacuumed my floor, and double checked for any mess left behind. Jaymes and Mike answered all my questions. When they first opened up a vent they said, "the previous owner was a heavy smoker" , this I already knew but it was reassuring to have their immediate eval be completely in line with what I all ready knew. Yes I recommend and I will use them again in a few years to keep my air fresh!
