My phone got water damage. 500+$ Samsung. Walked in and 2 guys were totally oblivious as to how to handle it. Called branch and they still couldn't be talked through it. later told( an hr later),my phone had infact not had insurance!!!!
I waited 3weeks to save 600 for the same phone.Went to same store different town and within 6 min told I WAS insured ,filled out a claim and received the same brand new phone in 20 hrs for 49$.
Also as I was being jerked around in store #1 his pal was being so aggressive trying to upgrade my friends 9 month old phone .She drove me there not to get harassed and have some 20 yr old clown come onto her 4 a sale. Shithole unprofessional as fk!!!!! read more
