A week later I received the phone and i…read morehad to call in to have the line unsuspended and i sat on the phone for an hour then finally set up for a call back which was an additional 2hrs. 3 hrs went by and no return call. I called in again and 3.5 hours later someone from another country finally answered and was very short with me quick to get get off the line and then ended. Tried to use the line and nothing i said to hell with this ill go up to the store. Scott had the phone turned on and me out of the store in 3 minutes while handling 3 other customers at the same time. That is superior customer service on a rep from the store! Tmobile i have been with for over 5 yrs and switched from sprint but had it for another 10yrs when cell phones became big.... In the past 20 years of using a cell phone i have never had the issue with calling tmobile before this... they used to have an area person so you'd only talk to fewer people each time... Now the unfortunate transfer to India of customer like other companies do has got me thinking of transferring to my cable company.... Its extremely hard to understand someone with a different annunciation for letters and then reading from a script instead of listening to you for what the problem actually is. Store rep a 10!
