When the rep came to remove their system he was very rude. Then their company does not cancel the contract with ADT and I keep getting charged. ADT cannot do anything and until they send the cancellation to them. I called Advanced and I am obviously upset on the phone and the person who answers hung up on me. He could not be bothered to listen to why I was upset and the runaround I have been given. This is a horrible company don't let them in your home. They represent them selves as if they work for ADT.

The smoke detectors and glass break sensor that were placed in my home were the kind that are supposed to be hard wired, but weren't wired to anything. My panel did not have enough zones to support the number of zones in my home so 4 of my windows were not activated. The monitored smoke alarms was one of the main reasons I bought the system because I have pets at home and I was concerned about a fire when I wasn't home. I have been paying for over a year thinking I was protected when I wasn't.
