Looked under the truck and the back bolt holding the lower right a-arm on is almost totally out with the nut barely threaded. They didn't re-torque or even tighten that major bolt holding my wheel to the chassis. If it had come out on the freeway at 85 who knows if i'd even be here to write this. Stay very very far away from this crap hole. Literally anywhere would be better. F*ck this place!

The next day i called in the morning and was told they would get to it in the afternoon and would give me a call before they started, afternoon comes around and i end up calling again, low and behold they still haven't looked at it but told me they were gearing up to bring it in and run diagnostics. Was told they would call me back when they finished that. I didn't get a call back, and before I realized it they were closed so I left a a message about how upset I was about it. Never got a call back had to call them again the next day they were open and then told me that the main guy wasn't in and they would have him give me a call, he didn't call and when I tried to call later no one was answering. I WENT IN TO TALK TO THEM AND THEY ENDED UP TELLING ME IT WOULD BE WEEKS BEFORE THEY COULD LOOK AT IT. I promptly took my car keys back after that. This has been the worst experience I've had with a mechanic, highly suggest taking your business else where. Ps. They tried to charge me $175 for diagnostics that they didn't even run

We contacted Aaliby to replace a battery in a vehicle that had been sitting too long. The original…read moreplan was for them to come over and jump the car so we could drive it to the shop. When Chris (a super nice guy!) got here he decided to pull the battery (no simple task...it's one that's partially buried) and sent us to buy a new one while he waited at the house. We returned, he Installed the battery, put everything back together and we were on our way in less than an hour. I should also mention he was at our house 15 minutes after we first called! I won't list what we were charged, but it was incredibly reasonable. We would not call any other place after this experience. Aaliby has our business for life. Highly recommend!!!

His garage reminded me of my family's so it was very comfortable to wait at. It's rare that I find an actual family friendly garage and this is it- all the men I met while on my numerous visits were very nice, didn't tell crass jokes, or even cuss! Work was always done in a quick amount of time and I loved that they allowed me to see what issues they were talking about while my truck was taken apart so I knew what was going on.

We had car troubles while visiting Billings and despite having a day's full schedule, Quang asked…read moreme to bring it in so he could give us a better idea of what was going on with it, knowing that we were anxious to get back on the road. He gave it a short test drive with us, confirmed our concerns, and pulled it into the garage and upon raising it up, quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem as a faulty tire that had basically warped/bloated and become uneven. The car was fixed that same day and at a reasonable price. Special shout out to Danielle, who bent over backwards to shuttle us to and from where we were staying. Being from out of town, it was so reassuring to know that we were treated the same as the locals and not taken advantage of, since we were in a bind. I would highly recommend Chung Bros and would have them work on our car again without reservation. Thanks again for getting us squared away and back on the road!

A year later I was back to get brakes done again, they claimed to have gotten a bad batch of rotors. A year later I was back to get a caliper replaced, the same one that they supposedly replaced before. They tried to claim it wasn't anything they did or didn't do and stated they don't know where the parts come from or what quality they are. They did eventually agree to replace the bad caliper but said they would not do any more work on my vehicles. A couple weeks later, as I was driving down the interstate the caliper came loose. Thankfully the bolt that came out completely was the top and not the bottom, that saved me from having a wheel lock up. Chung Brothers recommended that I continue driving down the interstate and tried to avoid responsibility. They did pay for another shop to work on the brakes after I threatened to take them to court if they refused. I just did work on my front wheels and found additional things missing from the brakes that reduced the lifespan but thankfully were not critical to safety. DO NOT GO TO CHUNG BROTHERS. AVOID THEM LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT, IT MAY.

I don't trust any other mechanic in town. You can trust that whatever he says is honest. I had Toyota tell me I needed $1200 of work for my head gasket, but I scheduled it with him and he called me to say I didn't need the work done at all--saying a car the age of mine just has some oil leaking but it was minor. I had the car another 8 years, and the only thing ever needing replacing was the starter which James did. I hope he never retires, I can't imagine trusting anyone else working on my car as much as I trust him. I know that if he says I need something done, I need it. On top of that, his prices are always very fair.
