They didn't re-torque or even tighten that major bolt holding my wheel to the chassis. If it had come out on the freeway at 85 who knows if i'd even be here to write this. The next day i called in the morning and was told they would get to it in the afternoon and would give me a call before they started, afternoon comes around and i end up calling again, low and behold they still haven't looked at it but told me they were gearing up to bring it in and run diagnostics. Was told they would call me back when they finished that. I didn't get a call back, and before I realized it they were closed so I left a a message about how upset I was about it. Never got a call back had to call them again the next day they were open and then told me that the main guy wasn't in and they would have him give me a call, he didn't call and when I tried to call later no one was answering. I WENT IN TO TALK TO THEM AND THEY ENDED UP TELLING ME IT WOULD BE WEEKS BEFORE THEY COULD LOOK AT IT. I promptly took my car keys back after that.This has been the worst experience I've had with a mechanic, highly suggest taking your business else where. Ps. When Chris (a super nice guy!) got here he decided to pull the battery (no simple task...it's one that's partially buried) and sent us to buy a new one while he waited at the house. We returned, he Installed the battery, put everything back together and we were on our way in less than an hour. I should also mention he was at our house 15 minutes after we first called! I won't list what we were charged, but it was incredibly reasonable. We would not call any other place after this experience. Aaliby has our business for life. Highly recommend!!!

I took my vehicle in to get brakes done. A week later I was back to get a caliper replaced. I…read moreinitially chalked it up to the age of my car. A year later I was back to get brakes done again, they claimed to have gotten a bad batch of rotors. A year later I was back to get a caliper replaced, the same one that they supposedly replaced before. They tried to claim it wasn't anything they did or didn't do and stated they don't know where the parts come from or what quality they are. They did eventually agree to replace the bad caliper but said they would not do any more work on my vehicles. A couple weeks later, as I was driving down the interstate the caliper came loose. Thankfully the bolt that came out completely was the top and not the bottom, that saved me from having a wheel lock up. Chung Brothers recommended that I continue driving down the interstate and tried to avoid responsibility. They did pay for another shop to work on the brakes after I threatened to take them to court if they refused. I just did work on my front wheels and found additional things missing from the brakes that reduced the lifespan but thankfully were not critical to safety. DO NOT GO TO CHUNG BROTHERS. AVOID THEM LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT, IT MAY.

I don't trust any other mechanic in town. You can trust that whatever he says is honest. I had Toyota tell me I needed $1200 of work for my head gasket, but I scheduled it with him and he called me to say I didn't need the work done at all--saying a car the age of mine just has some oil leaking but it was minor. I had the car another 8 years, and the only thing ever needing replacing was the starter which James did. I hope he never retires, I can't imagine trusting anyone else working on my car as much as I trust him. I know that if he says I need something done, I need it. On top of that, his prices are always very fair.

I noticed a young man roaming around the lot with a clip board, looking confused...my truck is a 2021 GMC. First I noticed how FILTHY he was pants, shirt, ALL FILTHY, it was only 10ish in the morning. How did he get this dirty? The worst part was he was sweating from the back and looked from the rear to be really wet!!!! Sure enough he spotted my truck and was attempting to get in! I asked " do you have seat covers ? " he responded " Ya "....... Further he was soooooo heavy, sweating and did I mention filthy, I told Gage and Carla, I would go elsewhere. Have seen homeless people that were cleaner! Of course they understood and found an employee that was obvious working , just not the big, soggy mess my original one was. WHY I ask would you allow your employees to climb into a customers truck that are so filthy???? Repairs were supposed to take about 4 days. We were charged over $6000 in labor. It took filing a civil suit for him to be done with our vehicle leaving us with concern and question as this is not the sound bodied vehicle we dropped off. My husband is 100% disabled and the additional stress of all of this has caused emence problems with is PSD. Their communication was less than piss poor. Always had an excuse why to wasn't done when we would call to check in. Tried to report our issues to BBB and can't even find that he is registered. Stay clear!!!

I had been driving around with a duct-taped side mirror for months; in fear of the cost and time it would take to replace it. I would drive a few miles; the mirror would fall off (dangling by its wires) and I would have to pull over and reattach it. This went on for months. The Toyota dealership had quoted me over $1,000 dollars for replacement of the mirror and service to install it. I ended up purchasing the mirror online, and then just googled the closest auto repair store to install it. Golden Nugget Body & Paint popped up, so I swung by there during my break to see if I could schedule an appointment to have the online ordered mirror (which did not match in color) installed. The general manager, Dustin Jensen, said "I'll do it right now" and had it ALL DONE in twenty minutes! Not only was the service quick, but he even removed the cover of the new mirror and replaced with the undamaged old cover (so it would match the car) AND took the time to remove the adhesive mess left by the duct-tape. It cost me $80 and 20 minutes. Anyhow, I know this is a long review, but for those of us who have been scarred by the auto-repair process, I had to share my experience with this gem of a business.
