We got hit by a deer on I-94 outside of Billings MT, while packed to the hilt on our summer trip…read more The front end of our car was significantly damaged. The car was not driveable. We were towed to the Caliber Collision shop on Main Street in Billings. We had to leave our car get a rental car and drive to our final destination with some of our stuff in a rental car. Several weeks later we had a car hauler transport the car to us. Caliber kept us abreast of developments with the repairs, including the inevitable unanticipated delays. The Service Advisor (Shorty Kimmel) did an excellent job and went above and beyond to see to it that the carhauler was able to pick up our car and deliver it to us. The repair job looks good. It was a pleasure to work with Shorty in dealing with this unfortunate accident.
