We recently hired Santanas Landscaping to completely transform our backyard, and I can honestly say…read morethat Daniel and his team exceeded every expectation we had. Our backyard started as a rough, outdated space with an old shed that had become a major eyesore, a lawn overrun with weeds, and a large amount of old concrete that needed to be removed. One of the biggest challenges was that all of the demolition debris had to be taken out through a very tight access point, but the crew handled it efficiently without any issues. From start to finish, Daniel and his team were organized, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They removed the shed, demolished and hauled away all of the old concrete, cleared the overgrown lawn, and completely transformed the space. The quality of the materials they used was excellent. They built a beautiful stone patio exactly the way we envisioned it, installed an elegant pathway accented with Mexican river rock, and created two separate areas--one for our pool and another with fresh sod for a small lawn. The finished project turned what was once an unusable backyard into a peaceful retreat where our family loves spending time. What impressed me most was the pride they took in their work. Every detail was carefully completed, and the craftsmanship really shows. Their pricing was fair, and after seeing the final result, I can confidently say the project was worth every penny. If you're looking for a landscaping company that is reliable, professional, fairly priced, and delivers outstanding results, I highly recommend Santanas Landscaping. Daniel and his team did an amazing job, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family

We could not believe how quickly they were able to remove the chaos from our backyard and leave it looking clean and tidy in just a few hours. They came back a few weeks later and ground the remaining stumps and even spread the bark as mulch in our garden beds. We highly recommend them.

Frustrating and very expensive. On the recommendation of a neighbor I had Timber Crest assess the problem and I was impressed with their very different approach. The work was extensive but worked! After nearly 10 years as a customer, this is not a review I expected to write…read more Over the past year, the quality of this company has clearly declined, and my most recent experience confirmed it. The job was delayed, communication was poor throughout, and my property was damaged. The crew also left the work in an unacceptable condition as a completed job before I had to request them to correct the horrible planting (see photo). What professional company would leave a job like this? What's most frustrating is that I simply requested a $250 refund (about 20% of the total cost) to cover the damage. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was put through an unnecessarily difficult process. I ultimately paid the full invoice just to move on. This company used to provide reliable, high-quality service, which is why I stayed with them for so long. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. I'm willing to pay for quality--but based on this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same.
