The store itself has had many up's and down's over the years, unfortunately, this is a down period and it always goes back to deliveries. I'm trying to run an auto repair business and prompt deliveries are key to my success. Once I place my order, I should not have to make repeated calls to the store to see where it is, or try to explain to my customer why simple jobs take hours, (which cost me $$$$$), to complete.
