When that didn't work out went back to Adam, he said this guy can help. Ryan Way - Director of Sales. He began working on a Resolution, but after 2 weeks, he simply ghosted me. Didn't take any calls or emails. Adam then emailed me this. Hi Casey, I spoke with Ryan and it looks like the grill cannot be installed without the trim pieces. The cabinets will need to be adjusted for the doors to open properly. Which wasn't true. They never once reached out to Jenn Air. If I were Ryan Way I would be ashamed of myself. At this point Communication stopped with Hillmon / Don's Appliance. I contacted Jenn Air Directly. The Jenn Air put me in touch with their Master Designer and Builder. I explained to him everything that was going on that i shared with Hillmon/ Dons appliance and He knew what i needed. Thank you Tim Arends - Jenn Air's Master Builder. He found the correct trim pieces and shipped them to my house. I installed them myself, because there was no way i was asking Hillmon/Don's Appliance for anything ever again. I will never buy from Hillmon's or Don's Appliance's ever again. The whole experience was traumatizing. These 3 individuals were absolutely horrible at their jobs. Adam LoFaso - Sales Consultant Ryan Way - Director of Sales Colleen D'Andrea - Store Manager. The Team at Jenn Air Helped me, right away. Checked in on my problem and Resolved my problem. We worked with Mark to place that order and he was very helpful and efficient in taking care of us. While we were talking to him, Marty, the owner, started talking to us as well. He was genuinely concerned for us and trying to find an immediate solution so we wouldn't lose all of our frozen food over the weekend. He contacted the Allison Park store and found that they had a smaller size freezer in stock that he offered to us as a loaner for the weekend if we could pick up it up from that store. Never have I worked with an appliance store that cared so much and was willing go to that extreme to help. We saved our frozen goods by getting the loaner and then we returned it when we got our new freezer on Monday. The new freezer is so nice and big and bright. I can only hope it last as long as its predecessor that we purchased at Daniel's 23 years prior.

We met with the fabricator on site and went through the design, finish and sink edge in detail. The owner and fabricator assured us that the countertop would be ready in two weeks. Two months later we received the counter top which was measured incorrectly, the sink has a sloppy rollered indent around the edge which was supposed to be smooth and flush with the sink, and a swirled finish that was supposed to be smooth satin and in a straight line pattern. The owner's son who fabricated it came out to view the counter top and talk to us about the issues which he admitted were not acceptable going so far to say that he rushed the job and it could have been better. He promised on his grandfather's reputation (the founder of the company) that he would remove the counter top and replace it. He said he would call us that afternoon to arrange the removal and provide a time frame for the new counter. However when we phoned him after days of hearing nothing, he said they were not going to do anything at all. So now we are stuck with this horrendous blunder that cost us over $2,600 which Bishop Metals has kept. They are a dishonest company who do shoddy work and do NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS.
