Giving them one star at all is gracious gift. They were contracted to create a stainless steel…read morecounter top for our kitchen. We met with the fabricator on site and went through the design, finish and sink edge in detail. The owner and fabricator assured us that the countertop would be ready in two weeks. Two months later we received the counter top which was measured incorrectly, the sink has a sloppy rollered indent around the edge which was supposed to be smooth and flush with the sink, and a swirled finish that was supposed to be smooth satin and in a straight line pattern. The owner's son who fabricated it came out to view the counter top and talk to us about the issues which he admitted were not acceptable going so far to say that he rushed the job and it could have been better. He promised on his grandfather's reputation (the founder of the company) that he would remove the counter top and replace it. He said he would call us that afternoon to arrange the removal and provide a time frame for the new counter. However when we phoned him after days of hearing nothing, he said they were not going to do anything at all. So now we are stuck with this horrendous blunder that cost us over $2,600 which Bishop Metals has kept. They are a dishonest company who do shoddy work and do NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS. A disgrace.

The cleaning, refinishing, and gluing work Bob did on my two pressed back dining chairs was great!…read moreThe chairs I took to him had many years of grime and paint splashes on them, the spindles were rickety, and the leg pads made the chairs uneven. Bob very quickly fixed them up and made them as good as new - in only a few days! They are now absolutely beautiful - and are solid to sit on to boot. His work was done with care and precision. The "stickiness" was gone. The coats of spray he put on were spectacular. The old paint splatters were cleaned up and gone. And the legs now sit evenly - all thanks to Bob's diligent workmanship. His cost was reasonable for the work done. Bob Lewicky is a down-to-earth guy who really knows what he is doing! Anyone who really knows me, knows that I have severe OCD when it comes to my cars. I like them to…read morelook perfect and like new at all times. My Porsche Cayenne's summer wheels were in some serious need of help. I had curb rash on three of the four wheels and nicks and chips from rocks as well. I was going to get a new set of aftermarket wheels when a friend of mine who had messed up a couple of his wheels while parking told me about Dylan's and then showed me his finished wheels once they were done and I couldn't believe my eyes. His wheels looked like brand new. I knew they were going to be the ones to fix my wheels. A few days later I drove out to Dylan's to get a price quote. I meet with Mark and Dylan to discuss getting my wheels done. I was originally going to keep my wheels silver as that is how they came from the factory, but since there was no extra charge to change the color i decided to change them to black to match my black exterior trim. Then a couple of weeks later I went back out to make an appointment to get my wheels done. I was leaning more towards matte black, but couldn't make up my mind. Mark showed me gloss and matte black wheels that they had done so I could get a better idea of what each option would look like. I ultimately decided on gloss black to better match my gloss black exterior trim. He was even honest enough to let me know that gloss black would be harder to keep clean compared to matte black. I have 21" Sport Edition wheels on my Cayenne and Dylan's charged me $500.00 for everything. Tire and TPMS removal, fixing all of my wheel damage, stripping off the old paint, powder coating my wheels black and remounting them back on. They would have even powder coated my wheel's emblems to match, but I had already bought a new black set as my old emblems color Porsche logos were badly faded. I was even given a $20 discount for paying cash so I ended up paying $480 out the door. The entire powder coating process had a one day turn around. If you drop off your vehicle by 9am it will be done around 3pm the same day! I dropped my Cayenne off on Sunday around 12 noon and went to pick it up the next day at 3pm. As I approached Dylan's to pick up my Cayenne I could see it off in the distance. I got more and more excited the closer I got. Once I pulled up and parked I felt like a little kid on Christmas! I could not believe how good they looked and was so glad that I went with gloss black. That was how my Cayenne should have come from the factory in Stuttgart. Powder coating is also a great option for brake calipers and engine parts as well. It has been a little over a month since I had my wheels powder coated and they are still holding up quite well. I highly recommend Dylan's to anyone needing to get their wheels repaired and powder coated.
