She apologized profusely and stated that she had personal issues that kept her from coming back in the office and therefore she did not have access to the answering machine or her emails. The next day someone took measurements. Once the railing was made, two men came and installed it. They did a fantastic job and I am extremely satisfied with the Job and quality of the materials. I would also like to mention that I was given a discount for my inconvenience. The owner requested I take the one star rating off the Yelp site. I was unable to do so as it was over 1 month since I had written the review. I do wish to give a 5 star rating for the satisfaction I was given once my concerns were addressed.
