I have had a great experience at MetaGlow. Dr. Kruger uses innovative techniques, beyond the usual treatments you find at other medispas (although she offers those too). I discovered platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) treatments because of her and those are truly a game changer with multiple applications (face, under eyes, hair growth!). Dr. Kruger treats every patient personally and takes the time to go over what your goals are and to set up a plan of treatment. She really cares about you actually achieving your goals and will offer ideas you may not have considered. In addition to monthly and standing specials, such as "Wrinkle Free Friday" (with savings on relaxants such as Botox), she offers customized discounts on pricing when you package multiple services which is fantastic. My results have been so wonderful, my mother went to see Dr. Kruger too! I would definitely recommend her to anyone. The *only* downsides with MetaGlow is that (1) because Dr. Kruger gives such personalized care with each patient, appointments can run late (so schedule a little more time than you think in your calendar because the wait is definitely worth it - this is not the "assembly line" type treatment you get at some other medispas - this is a beauty and wellness clinic) and (2) I wish Metaglow's website was more detailed on all the great services and specials offered or that they would start sending monthly texts or email alerts to patients with new specials and/or treatments. read more

Horrible service and nasty lady. The building is nice and the staff is wonderful, but mrs. Kruger was horrible. I made my first appointment 2 weeks ago for BBL (broadband light). Her prices were slightly lower and although I read bad reviews regarding her customer service, I always like to give someone the benefit of the doubt. When I walked in, I automatically felt rushed. I told her that I wanted to get the BBL done for my sun spots and melasma. She told me to do another service that was 500 dollars more expensive. I stated that I did not want to spend that much at this time and would like to see if the BBL would work first (this procedure cost 300), but she kept going on about payment plans. After I refused again she went straight into the service and I felt that she had an attitude. They had forgotten to take pictures of my face before (because she started the process too quick, and then blamed and talked down to the esthetician in the room, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Fast forward two weeks. I come in today, my sunspots were better and my melasma was slightly better. She comes into the room and said that it did not look better and that I should get that other service (fraxel laser). I told her that I wanted to do the BBL again because I saw a difference (because I obviously know my skin better than she does... she didn't even have picture to compare it with.). She stated that Fraxel was the way to go and I, AGAIN, told her that it was too expensive. She stated "well, you may not have the money right now, but you can still do a payment plan. Is this something that you are interested in?". Once I said no, she stood up, said ok and walked out. I understand that it is your business and you want to make a profit, but don't dismiss me because I don't want to spend 800 on a procedure right now. There were past employees that told me that there were a lot of people that worked there that quit because of her. Overall, she lost my business (which i'm sure a measly 300 a month is nothing for her). I would rather spend a little more and go somewhere else. Long story short; I was receiving hormone treatment there and initially everything was good. Labs were good, numbers were high. A few months later I was feeling poorly, no energy and had my own labs done and was shocked to find my T levels were extremely low even though they were continuing treatment. I went to another doctor and received the same dosage I was allegedly getting at Mediglow. My levels went up to the optimal level. I can only conclude that Mediglow had decided to give me blanks. I suspect it was out of spite for not accepting additional services. read more
