I knew that I wanted and needed mircrodermabrasion. Due to the change in weather, my skin had been really dry and peeling. I called and was greeted by the friendliest person. She took down my information and told me to come right on in. I received a text message to complete documents prior to my arrival which helped save time and get services rendered asap. I was greeted by a gentleman when I arrived and he offered water/coffee and showed me where the restroom was located just in case I needed to tinkle *wink. Payton was the absolute best! I told her what my problem was and identified the targeted areas. Based on my responses and her suggestions, I decided to get the Hydrafacial and added dermaplane which is exactly what I needed. My skin feels amazing and I've been told I have a glow. I don't have a pic because there's a sign that reads no photography. I'll be sure to take before and after pics in 4 weeks to update this post. The groupon advertised 6 sessions for $349, stating it was a great value because the price was normally $890. Well, that's a lie. At my first visit with SlimCo, they also sell 6 sessions for $349 and offer a military discount. I felt this was a little deceiving. I thought I was getting an amazing deal, but I was actually paying more since I am a military spouse and would have qualified for the discount. Now on to the sessions. Sometimes I was measured tightly and sometimes I was measured with the tape a little looser. I think this is their way of manipulating my results. At my first visit I was told to watch my diet, drink a gallon of water a day and I needed to stay active for at least 2 hours after my sessions (plus no eating during those 2 hours). I followed these rules very closely. I drank more water in two weeks than I've probably had in my entire life! I did lose 5 lbs and a total of about 5 inches (that's measured in three different spots on my abdomen and the total of those areas is 5 inches). But, honestly, just changing my diet, drinking water and exercising can produce results like that in two weeks. Needless to say, I did not buy any additional sessions when I was done with my pre-purchased ones. The office staff is very nice and I was always promptly taken back for my appointments, although I never once met the doctor.

I've been lied to multiple times about doctor's notes saying they sent them when they haven't. I've had to call back multiple times just to get it sent to my email. After your Telehealth call you cannot speak to the doctor again unless you pay another appointment fee even if you have questions regarding the previous appointment. The doctor is very cool but this recent appointment was insensitive and was more a cash grab. The staff is extremely rude especially the woman named Sabrina. They have 0 professionalism and should not work in patient care. If I could give negative stars I would. 10/10 do not recommend.
