Note: A lot of places across Spain have a minimum requirement of 2 or more for the kitchen to prepare any paella but just like the name, the Miracle wants you to order individually or to share two different varieties of paella. Okay mixed review here…read more First, the patatas bravas here we're the best I had while in Spain! The serving size was great for sharing or for a really hungry person. The potatoes were perfectly crispy on the outside and whatever the sauce was that topped them was delicious. Wish I went back and had them again! The croquettes on the other hand were not my favorite, I had hoped to have some meat stuffing on the inside but I believe they were out. So we opted to have it with cheese and the cheese was very interesting, very tangy and liquidy so it was optimal to eat it in one bite, but the cheese was so rich. Quattros is located in a great area of Tarragona, has good amount of outdoor seating, and you can tell it's popular by how it fills up. This place on the main boulevard leading to the sea and Roman ruins is well situated. The restaurant is clean the service excellent. The food is also excellent. The name of the restaurant refers to large barrels used for making microbrew beer.
