Now I'm sure if I called and complained they would probably tell me to bring it in and they would rectify the situation but I don't have the time nor the patience to drive to the other side of town to have my trunk vacuumed. Not a huge issue but when it's a full detail it's unacceptable to forget the trunk, which was emptied out prior to the visit. Besides that they do solid work.
