But they have changed up the staff and when I called this week to get our son in they wouldn't take him unless we filled out new paperwork. I understand that but I couldn't take off work and was going to have mom take him in...I asked for them to send me the paperwork so I could fill it out and send with my mom. I would have printed it out online but that is not an option. Long story short they told me they wouldn't send it to me I had to come in in person and fill it out or they wouldn't see him. They had several things in common. Then Dr. Hansen came to speak with me regarding what surgeries we were doing, marked up my hand said I'll see you in there. Next the anesthesiologist and the surgical nurse Kevin. The spoke with me explaining their rolls. The Dr said she was going to give me something for anxiety and nausea. Next thing I knew I was waking up in recovery with a very caring nurse. I'm sorry I didn't get your name. I went in very anxious due to issues from past surgeries, but everyone there were incredible. They let us in a few minutes before their opening hour and the check in process was quick and easy. The pre op nurse was a delight with her stories putting me at ease. The anesthesia doctor went over the details with me and explained what I would be feeling. The pre op nurse helped me out of there and gave advice to my husband regarding after care. If you have a doctor performing surgery here, you will be taken care of and feel comfortable.
