But they have changed up the staff and when I called this week to get our son in they wouldn't take him unless we filled out new paperwork. I understand that but I couldn't take off work and was going to have mom take him in...I asked for them to send me the paperwork so I could fill it out and send with my mom. I would have printed it out online but that is not an option. Long story short they told me they wouldn't send it to me I had to come in in person and fill it out or they wouldn't see him. I ended up just using a pediatric urgent care in keller and needless to say Swe are now looking for a new family practice and will be taking our business elsewhere.

Instead of addressing concerns like a professional, DR. KREIG chose to be defensive and dismissive--an interesting approach for someone in the business of care. I will be writing a formal complaint to every platform possible to ensure this doesn't happen to someone else! Every single visit, without fail, there was some mysterious balance due--not just a standard co-pay, but an additional charge that always seemed to appear out of thin air. Transparency clearly isn't a priority here. On top of that, this office doesn't believe in appointment reminders. No calls, no texts, no emails. If you want to make sure your appointment is still on, that's on you to remember and confirm. Because, apparently, basic patient communication is optional here. But even with having to be a little tough at times with patients like me that is afraid of getting blood drawn, she still makes me glad she is my doctor. Because she will make sure that both her and her wonderful staff will not let me forget what lab tests I need done. I saw a different GP in Southlake before coming to see Dr Sharif and it's because of this other doctor that I know I'm lucky that Dr Sharif is on my side. The other doctor didn't care at all what happened to me during one of the most stressful times in my life. The other doctor didn't want the complicated patients. But Dr Sharif doesn't seem to shy away from patients that may be hurting both physically and mentally. Anyway, Dr Sharif is by far the best GP/Internist I've found in the area. They…read morehave been so wonderful to my husband and myself. most of the front end staff are ok too aside from a few of them are pretty rude, but I'm able to get past that because I've always loved Dr Kirby. Well about a month ago I tried to make an appointment and I was told very rudely that she is no longer with the practice, when I asked where she went they rudely told me that she is just no longer with the practice. Later on my husband had to call for his DOT certification and wanted to speak with Dr Kirby's nurse. The front end staff refused to transfer him, and when he asked when he could speak with her, they hung up on him. this truly makes me sad but like her I must move on and find myself a new doctor. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. You really need to have a better front end because first impressions are everything! DR KIRBY!! You are so missed by many patients and as for me, I hope all is well with you.
