6.5 PCR Hunting Rifle purchased in 2019 year with faulty magazine. They were contacted on several occasions and I was told I wasn't the first person to complain. If I put over 1 in mag it won't chamber. It's my understanding and was told that they rectified the chamber issue and they admitted the "issue". When rifle was taken into store, the only option I was offered was a 1,000. off a new rifle purchase! I originally paid 5,500. why should I have to buy a new rifle ??? This is terrible customer service and I would not recommend anyone purchase a custom rifle with this "lack" of service. read more
