Thank you, Greg! You…read moreare amazing. Your craftsmanship is impeccable. You are the most professional tradesman I have met in a very long time. You CARE about the quality of your work. Thank you for repairing the damage done to my 1963 patio door frame by another company, replacing the original mohair and rollers with new ones, and adding a new track. Only a dedicated craftsman like you would think to ask the hardware megastore manager to look in the back room for roller stock not on display and find a pair perfect for the patio door. Thanks to you, the patio door glides beautifully and there is no draft whatsoever. In Greg's words, "If you can't do a task excellently, why do it at all?" I am extremely grateful. You deserve this sparkling review. Best of luck in the future! If I have glass needs in future, I will call you. Gale West Vancouver, BC

I own a funky vintage acrylic dining room table that was too large for my space. I…read morecontacted several local Vancouver glass companies for a quote to replace my 52 inch diameter table top with a 40 inch one. One glass firm never returned my phone inquiry, and other glass company offered a very high quote. I called Jamie Frick of Frick's Glass & Mirror, and he was able to give me a quote over the phone.. Not only was his quote reasonable, Jamie is very personable, and he competed my order within a very short time. Jamie backed his work and delivered the glass top, set it on the base, and even cleaned the glass before leaving. I full recommend Frick's Glass & Mirrors 100%. By the way this is the only glass company in West Canada that re-silvers old mirrors!

Woo, a technician from action glass came in and fixed the cracked bedroom window by replacing it with new window. He was knowledgeable about the kind of frame and fixed the twisted frame. He was honest to tell me that original weatherproofing is in good condition and does not need replacement. He filled the gaps in the door as well. He was nice, easy to communicate, honest and did a good job. Would recommend him!

I was having a problem with my patio sliding door due to some busted rollers. I phoned around, and…read moreone glass company said they could not help me because I did not have an account with them. A second company told me that they only did garage doors. I contacted Action Glass in Coquitlam and spoke with Mike. He listened to my concern, assessed the situation, made a couple of recommendations to address the busted rollers and possibly a worn out tract, provided me with a reasonable quote, and scheduled a technician to come and repair the sliding door. Less than a week later, Chris, Action Glass Technician, came to fix the problem. He explained to me the remedial process and even showed me the defective parts he would replace. It felt good because Chris was transparent and trustworthy. He only replaced the busted rollers and did not change the tract because it was still in good working condition. The final bill I paid was 1/3 less than the initial quote. The following day I phoned Action Glass and had a conversation with Arlene. I expressed my appreciation for the work that Chris provided, and for his friendliness and professionalism. A few hours later, I received an email from Leanne Roth, Business Development Manager, thanking me for the feedback I shared about Chris. A week later, a written thank you card and a Starbucks gift card arrived in the mail from Leanne. It was such a pleasant experience dealing with the Action Glass Team from the beginning to the end of the transaction. Their whole crew was excellent! You hardly see this kind of strategic customer engagement anymore from a lot of the companies out there. From hereon, every time I have a glass concern, Action Glass would be the first one I would call again.
