When I got to my house that night to finish the cleaning, I discovered that she had taken many things I hadn't moved yet and had gone through boxes in the basement. Among the things taken were a robotic vacuum, a water purifier, pantry items, and cleaning supplies. When I texted her about it, she responded that she'd taken the things because she figured they'd be thrown away anyway. She admitted that it had been unprofessional and offered to return the items.
