He gave me a business card and I then called the next day to arrange for an appointment. I was very accommodating to their schedule and was given a date of May 14, between 1-5pm. I adjusted my schedule and made sure I was home. At 3pm....I received a call that an emergency came up and no one is going to show. I was displeased that I had to adjust my schedule, but I understood....it happens. I thought maybe they would make good and I would be the first person the next day....fat chance. I was given May 27, between 830am-noon and that I would first up. Again, I adjusted my schedule and made sure I was home.....however, at 10am, another phone call to me stating another emergency had come up and they won't be able to make it.....wanting to reschedule again. Of course, I was upset and without using foul language questioned their customer service and reliability. I was put on hold for a few seconds, then an male subject responded, asked my name, told me to have a good day and hung up. That being said, they may do good work or not, as Hudson Air has poor customer service and reliability issues. Buyer beware.

It was 87 inside the house, thank the Lord for frozen peas. Felt great on my head. Though the AC was under warranty would be a few days living on the sun before he could get it so I opted for the one available in his truck. Very satisfied with the service and highly recommend Priority Cool Solutions.

We have a baby, so naturally we panicked and frantically began calling HVAC businesses. I'm pretty sure that I have my information to at least 4 different answering services promising a "call back." I turned to Yelp and Garland had wonderful reviews and i always prefer to support small/local businesses. I called the number and was sent a text asking me to text my problem, as he was on a job. I sent a rambling text about what we were experiencing along with our address and he (Seth) said that he would stop by after he finished the current job. I remind you, again, that this is 6:30pm on a Sunday. Seth communicated that he was on the way and he showed up at 8:30pm. Lucky for us (as the dollar signs plagued our daydreams), it was a straightforward fix that cost us a fraction of what we were anticipating. Seth took the time to service our AC and educated us on what we should do/look for to avoid this in the future. He was super personable and we greatly appreciated his customer service and the fact that he did not feel the need to fear-monger us into purchasing something that is unnecessary like so many other companies would. He gained new customers for our future AC needs and we are happy to refer Garland to our neighbors and friends.

He sent another guy out to check out my system. Fast forward to this summer & I was having a tough time reaching him. I needed new ductwork & I needed the system reinstalled cause it was no longer level. I was in the process of getting estimates when I mentioned Garland air. Well I was talking to a tech when Seth starts texting me. He was on my phone... guess I had accidentally called him. He asked to come out & give me an estimate. I said ok. A few hours later his son showed up who was also very polite. Zeke & Connor crawled under the house & took pics & videos. This was a few days before Christmas. Seth showed up & reviewed everything then gave us an offer. We agreed & he was here at 9am the next morning. They worked all day & night & made sure everything was working great. The next day my husband crawled under the house (old house) to see how it looked. He said it looked very professional. The ducts were tied up off the ground (unlike previous installs) the huge system was completely clean & level. The only thing we had to wait for was the steel cover. The cover finally came in & Seth came to install it today. I was in a meeting so I missed him but he still did a great job. I wanted to update my review because I have had so many terrible AC companies out here. Most of them are unreliable & don't do such great work. The companies that are generally reliable are quite expensive. Garland Air does great work at reasonable prices. I am so glad I accidentally called him that day. I will forever recommend Garland Air. They aren't afraid to get dirty to finish the job. I had at least 5 others out here that gave me estimates for new ductwork yet they never actually looked at the ductwork. Called Jerry to look at our new unit which he installed about 6 months earlier. The unit was…read moretripping the breaker occasionally. When he came out, he immediately said the compressor was bad and probably wasn't covered by the warranty. When I started to push back as to why it wasn't covered, he said there was a few things that he could try to see if it would fix the problem. He suggested to install a hard start and a surge protector. Then he looked at the unit and said it needed a deep cleaning because it was too dirty. I asked how it could be dirty since it hasn't been running that often (this was a second home; we live up north). Jerry said that we're in a dirty area and the unit pulls grass into it when the lawn is cut. The unit is about 3 feet in the air! Long story short, we reluctantly agreed to the repair and told him that we will be leaving in a few days, he said that was no problem and would schedule the service. The service never happened, and we told him that we didn't want any work done while we are gone. I texted him to cancel the service and he agreed, also said that he would refund our money. After weeks of back and forth with him where the refund check was, he apparently blocked me. No more communication and NO REFUND ISSUED. Don't trust this guy, we will hire a reputable company to look at it when we return. Yelp has my house location wrong! It is near New Port Richie, FL

They are always timely, tell me what is the matter, help me to do the right things to keep the unit running. John and Jacob are always friendly and efficient.
