Downsizing? Is this what they do to a 73-year-old grandmother who is single with no one to help me out they just drop me. They give me no explanation when I asked for it and no one calls him back or me back. This is what I get.? this company gets my lowest recommendation! Nobody there seems to care at all! This is most upsetting and not ethical even to just drop me with no explanation. I did nothing wrong. I have a simple tax return every year. I don't know what the big deal is, but this is so upsetting and hurtful.
