This Clarks Outlet is at the North Georgia Premium Outlets, and is in the north east part of the…read moremall. Parking in the large free lot is available pretty close to Clarks. At the end of July, I came here looking for men's slide shoes. As soon as I walked into the store, a smiling employee welcomed me and asked if I needed any help finding anything. I told her no, because, in addition to looking for slides, I also wanted to see what kind of casual shoes they had. The employee then told me about the special Clarks pricing for some of the men's casual shoes - buy one get, get one 50% off. I looked at the mens shoes that were included in the special pricing. The shoes were nice looking and had high quality; however, I wasn't interested in any of them. I didn't see any slides that I liked. This Clarks Outlet was clean and well organized. All men's shoes were on one side of the store. The "regular priced" shoes were each displayed on the top of the shelves, with boxes containing that shoe style underneath, making it easy for customers to find their size and try shoes on. There was a "sale" section, with all of the men's shoes separated by size. All of the tops of the boxes were placed underneath the boxes, allowing customers to see the styles, and all boxes had the sale prices clearly marked. On my way out the door, the employee thanked me and wished me a good day. Nice!

I had the worst customer service ever in this Clarks location! I bought two shoes at the end of May…read morefor 106 $ , one of them worked fine with my mom and the other didn't work , I came back in July to return or exchange. They said it's better to exchange since you bought them in the offer so you will half price for the return, or you can exchange for any shoes in the store! I decided to go with that offer and exchange it but here was the shock that it showed on their system that I have been refunded for the shoes ! Like how im gonna be refunded for the shoes and it's still with me !!! She was so rude the staff members and didn't want to help at all , she said call customer service I can't do anything for you ! I called customer service and they sent an email approving that I have not been refunded for the shoes and they gave me an exchange order number so I can be able to exchange it . I went back to the same location again and another staff member was there . She showed me the worst customer service I have ever seen . She kept saying I can't do anything for you , my hands are tight even with the email approval between me and customer service she wanted to see that I didn't get for real a refund from Clarks on my bank account and she asked to check on my bank account that I purchased those two shoes on that date ! That was the rudest customer service I have ever seen . I called customer service in the store again and she asked to talk to her after so many arguments the customer service representative she said she is laying and I didn't get a refund for that shoes and she recommended me to email my complain to Clark customer care. As a customer my right to exchange that shoes within less than 40 days of purchase as Clarks policy say and an apology from that staff member for her ugly attitude and unhelpful customer service .

Later as Michael Kors picked up steam, I refused to give in (because sometimes I just purposefully avoid super popular things) and stuck by my lovely Cole Haan bags. My tastes have evolved slightly and when I come to North Georgia Premium Outlets, I now also stop at Kate Spade. But there is something about the leather of Cole Haan products. It is buttery and again, timeless. While saffiano leather has become really trendy, I will fall for buttery leather over and over again. My purses from Cole Haan have survived regular use and at times, abuse. They just stand up to anything and the leather stays soft. I do care for my leather products by applying leather lotion and treating them for rain and whatnot, but I imagine that Cole Haan products could probably go for a couple years without any over-the-top coddling. Recently, I have discovered the deliciousness of Cole Haan footwear. Geez. I have officially become a Cole Haan fangirl and I don't care who knows about it.

When I can look at a pair of gloves from across the room and see that they are a very fine leather that tells me all I need to know. The customer service here is a big plus--the associates actually go out of their way to greet you and help, which is always appreciated. My only gripe with outlet stores like this is that you really have to time your visits right. The trendy name-brand items don't stick around for long, so if you come too late, you're left with a bunch of generic ready-to-wear stuff that all looks the same--nothing unique or exciting. But, as I mentioned, this store does offer better items than others nearby, so that's a win overall. One of the best things here is the huge selection of accessories--watches, wallets, sunglasses--you'll definitely find something worth checking out.

I plan to go back with a girlfriend to check out the selection of Free People clothes and to scour the racks for Fit Flops (the most comfortable shoes, ever!)
