To TopDriver's credit, I got a quick response from the general customer assistance this morning and then soon after Ralph, our regional manager, called me with sincere apologies and a new, confirmed lesson time. With COVID, so many businesses do not have enough workers, in this case possibly driving instructors, so we all have to be patient. That said, the scheduling system mentioned by many reviewers on this site is very difficult to manage. From my experience and others on this site, it appears that if you cannot get a lesson time, try to find out who your regional manager is, and ask them for help in scheduling. Not all parents can sit online for an hour at 8am (which is what I did) on the morning the site opens up to try to hit the system just right so you can schedule a time. My advice to anyone using TopDriver is to schedule 2 or 3 of your in-vehicle lessons when you sign up for the program. That way, you have a few on the books and have time to deal with delays in getting instruction, especially an issue when staff and instructors may be out sick because of COVID.

They said we had to book it early which I agreed to at first but then when I checked at 6 AM on the day more spots opened up nothing at all showed up. I called them again and they the audacity to tell me to check earlier next time. I paid around $850 for this and they make it this hard to get a single class. My son hasn't done a single drivers class keep that in mind. On the day of the final I was told by customer service that my son could take it another day since he had no ride, due to a business trip I was on but then we received an email that the entire 30 hour course needed to be retaken. I contacted customer service again like usual and they said there was nothing they could do about it. They could've just told us before hand all of this and I would've tried figuring something out. He spent 4 months on this course just to retake it. Awesome Top Driver! They even charged us another fee to do the course again about 200 dollars which makes the total about 1000 dollars wasted on these classes. If it wasn't mandatory in school to take these I would've never put him in these classes. This company only cares about money and nothing else. Their classes are infact useless. My son already drives amazingly and knows everything thanks to common sense. They also held him in their for an extra half an hour for no reason when the entire lesson was over. I didn't understand why they did this. This is just a waste of time for me and him as well. Absolutely disappointed with this.

There are so many pieces of pottery to choose from. Everything from kitchenware to holiday items, to potted plants. The choices of colors are endless. Its BYOB, so we enjoyed a few sips of wine and painted, and it was very relaxing! Once you are done painting your piece, you will get it back within 2-3 weeks after it has been cured. They were so cold I had to pull all out of the pool within 10 minutes of starting lessons due to the shivering they were experiencing. Enough was enough so I canceled. Now I'm being told it was a known issue but parents and swimmers were not told of it prior to entering the pool. They are still charging me for the coming month despite freezing my kids without proper warning of a known issue. Beware of their contracts and know they hide issues letting your kids be the ones to have to freeze.

The teachers, though seemingly pretty young, have been trained well to follow procedures to make sure each child is safe. I've been told what some of the safety procedures are and have witnessed the teachers being very attentive to each child while in the water. The kids have a little platform in the water at the side of the pool where they wait for their turn. And in the younger classes, there is another platform they can stand on at the other "side" of the pool. For younger classes, the other "side" is only a few feet away. The teachers here are also trained to assist children who are uneasy/crying/shy. Multiple times when my child didn't want to go in the water, another teacher came up to us right away to help him get in and feel comfortable. They are trained with kids too and know how to be initiative to kindly take them out of my hands to get in the water. There seems to always be more staff than just teachers and the life guard, so there's always someone to help in times like this. I love the flexibility here. You get 12 makeup classes for the year, and you can let them know even one minute before class that you can't make it. Then they give you a virtual token to makeup the class at any other time you were free. We've been doing a lot of makeups, and because of this the teachers change, but my kids don't seem to mind because there's a system of things they do in their lesson that they are already familiar with. They also offer events for members on some nights for free swim and other activities. And they also offer family swim days at certain times of the week. Free for members on some of these days or a small fee for other days. My 7 year old learned how to swim in about 5 months here. We had a few weeks we missed and had a few breaks in between too. He's now swimming with his head underwater by himself for the whole width of the pool. Thanks Goldfish!
