If you experience a delay, they will do whatever they can to make it better. (I got stuck on a ride for 15 minutes and was given a free FastPass for my whole group. * The majority of the rides had no wait times, and you could walk right on. If there was a wait, it was usually 5 minutes or less. * The park has indoor play areas. * They provide amazing baby care areas (Located in the indoor play areas), they have high chairs, a kitchen area, changing stations, and a dark area with rocking chairs for breastfeeding or to get a little one to sleep. * Most of the park is shady, which helps out a lot on the hot days. * Food prices are reasonable. They are cheaper than other amusement parks we have been to. Bad: * Have to read the small print! If you get a souvenir cup, it is only for unlimited refills that day. Any additional days cost another $10.99. * The water park has very strict rules. There are height requirements for every slide on the playground, and they will measure your kid every time. Additionally, they have a lot of rules for the wave pool even when the waves aren't going. It's a 10-minute wait. * Lifeguard seems to make up rules, or not all rules are listed. Ugly: * The water park lifeguards are confrontational. The water park has strict rules, and the lifeguard has no problem kicking kids out of the area. I watched lifeguards pull a kid (probably 3 or 4) from a slide by his life vest because they had a one-kid-on-the-slide rule. I get the rule, but it's not serious enough to put their hands on a child. We were only in the park for 4 hours and witnessed 3 arguments between parents and lifeguards, and the lifeguards always seemed to escalate the situation rather than de-escalate it. Overall, it was the worst part of Legoland for us. * The park hours were another huge downfall for us. The Water park closes at 4, and the whole park closes at 5. During summer hours (June/July), the water park closes at 5, and the whole park closes at 6. Overall, the main Legoland park was amazing, and I love how they have rides and activities for all ages. I personally would not pay extra for the waterpark.

This was my 4th stay at the Legoland Florida Pirate Hotel (July 3-5, 2026). We keep coming back…read morebecause we've always liked it, but this visit made me feel like Legoland is heading down a bad path -- especially with customer service and the growing nickel‑and‑dime vibe. Even a couple employees hinted at the same "yeah, I know this sucks" feeling. The park itself is still good, but the hotel experience has dropped noticeably. Hotel & Room Check‑in was fine, and room 125 was clean. Pirate Hotel rooms are usually great, but the shower had almost no water pressure, which made it frustrating to use. They also added a new store right at the entrance, even though there's already one next to the check‑in counter. It feels unnecessary and adds to the "sell you something at every turn" atmosphere. Dining We went to Bricks for dinner, and I should have remembered the food quality is consistently poor. For $80-$90 for three people, it's nowhere near worth the price. * The fried rice was undercooked -- same issue every stay. * The spaghetti station tasted processed and under‑seasoned. * The salad bar wasn't being maintained, which is concerning when so many kids eat from it. Breakfast the next morning was okay, but the service was disorganized. Our waitress repeated our order perfectly, then brought something different. Honestly, breakfast should just be a buffet. Waiting for pre‑prepped food to be delivered makes no sense and slows everything down. My advice: skip Legoland hotel dining entirely. Uber Eats or picking up food is a better option. Parking This was the worst part of the stay. We left to pick up food Saturday night and came back to no parking available. Staff told us to "just keep driving around." After 40 minutes of circling, we went inside and were told the hotel "doesn't guarantee parking," even though we paid for it. Meanwhile, valet was taking up 30% of the lot, and more than half of those valet spots were empty. Guests were left circling endlessly or parking in the general Legoland lot, which isn't covered and is a long walk. It felt like the hotel simply didn't care. Kids Experience They removed the daily in‑room treasure hunt, which used to be one of the best parts for kids. Another cutback while prices go up. Overall We've enjoyed past stays, but this visit was disappointing enough that I'm giving the hotel 2 out of 6 stars. The park is still great, but the hotel needs serious improvements -- better food, better parking management, and better customer service. I'm sharing this across social media because I hope someone at Legoland actually listens. Right now, it feels like they're doubling down on bad practices.

It was truly an amazing and fun-filled experience. This is a legitimate, beautiful and impressive aquarium. They have everything except for the really big aquatic life, and it's all centered around being super kid-friendly and kid-accessible, as Legoland focuses on in all parts of their campus. They have a small section where you can pet starfish and a few other creatures after washing your hands. There are adorable manta rays, multiple breeds of sea horses, jellyfish, small sharks and pufferfish and all the classically recognized fish from the Nemo movie. In each section of the aquarium there are interactive touch screens where you can learn exactly what sea creatures are in each exhibit and read a little more info on them. There's a part where you can walk under and through the exhibit, and plenty of other areas for photo-ops. It's such an adorable and fun adventure "under the sea", and though it's centered around the kids, if you're an adult it's sure to bring out your inner child as well.

It sits two people per row. The wait-time varies through-out the day. In the early morning and evening, typically the wait time is less than 5 minutes, however, during the day, the wait time can get up to 60 minutes. I'd recommend riding this ride a few times early morning. It's relatively quick, maybe less than 30 seconds for the entire ride. You'll need to store your items before getting on the ride. The ride has several drops and turns. Your picture is also captured at the end of the ride! You can get a digital photo pass for 2 days, $30.00.

Now saying that is going to also include that this is not exactly the smoothest coaster to ride. They do keep up with frequent maintenance so it can be non operational for stretches. Its a classic build so I put my kids on and get 5 minutes to myself. Not a bad trade of really lol

I was afraid when we were waiting in line that when we turned the corner there would be more line (like how it works at Disney), but nope, you turn the corner right into the ride itself. That five minute wait really is five minutes. One the ride you are shooting at green targets and if you get it something happens. I really like that, that instead of just points something may move or there's a sound. The shooting isn't very accurate, but I honestly wanted to ride this again just to see what more things would do. I did jump one or two times in fright when something unexpectedly moved, but my five and three year old weren't fazed. Our friends are a family of five and they were able to all sit in a car. This is huge since some of the rides only allowed one adult per child. Overall, I'm a fan and I would ride it again.

Fun for young kids…read more This is clearly a ride for young kids, think maybe 7 and under. Luckily, that was the age group we came with. What cracks me up is we were standing in line (three adults with four kids, because the fifth kid was too short so she was with her mom) when I saw a sign that said one adult per tower. This is pretty inefficient when you really think about it, because if a child wants to ride with their parent they have to wait for an empty ride. So there's three of us adults determining which one of us is "lucky" enough to ride with the four kids. I ended up volunteering as tribute. You can see there were two empty seats with us since no other kids wanted to join us. It basically just goes up and down a few times. It's not that scary for the kids, but the little ones love it. Since I get motion sickness, this was also great for me. Usually the line is less than 15 minutes, but I definitely wouldn't stick around if it's more than that.
