When I first walk in I am instantly greeted by someone and always complimented on my make up, which makes me feel simply fabulous! They have an amazing section for the ladies and gentlemen to show you tips and tricks for your make up, brows, face cleaning and more! In the back is a hair salon. I haven't had the pleasure of using it yet but I've heard very good things ! I love the colour pop section! One of my favorites! Aside from many others they carry! They have everything from make up, purfume, facial cleansers, hairdryers, straighteners, every beauty product your little heart desires. They even have my favorite shampoo !! Biolage color last don't forget to get a gift card for someone you want to spoil! Be sure to sign up for their points program! The more points you accumulate, the more free stuff you get !! free!? Yep, I said free!!! If they don't have something you want, or out of something in the store, they can order it for you right there and have it shipped to your house for FREE! Second, the power went out and I proceeded to leave with wet hair. Third, because my hair was wet I couldn't see how sad my highlights were. It doesn't even look like I had them done. Fourth, I couldn't pay because management is too incompetent to have a back up payment system when the power is out which frequently happens there as I was told by the stylist. It was my birthday and my husband and I went away for the week, when trying to pay over the phone I am told you can't do that . Finally, my foot is broken and apparently I have to walk back in and pay for the worst hair experience of my life. Ladies, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. There is a reason they have availability. I just moved here and miss my salon desperately so if you're reading this and know of a real place to get highlights let me know please.

I really struggled with finding people who were experienced with non-white make-up and hair, and was overjoyed when I found Lisa. She was able to do my make-up (Black/mixed) and my mom (who is white). My mom wanted to try doing her own, and so Lisa worked with her to show her the best ways to do it and gave her pointers along the way (finishing out the parts that my mom wasn't able to do herself). When she arrived at my wedding venue, I was having a mini meltdown because I didn't end up finding anyone to do my hair, and was attempting to do it myself. She was super comforting and reassuring and even helped show my sister a better way to curl my hair. My makeup ended up SO beautiful and I felt amazing. She did such a wonderful job! The makeup wasn't too much or too over the top. I looked like me, but at my best, and it lasted the whole evening. I would absolutely recommend her, and go back to her in the future! Her rates were way more reasonable than artists who market themselves for bridal make up. She even came out to the venue for a reasonable fee. Most other artists were trying to charge hundreds for the make-up and then hundreds more to come out to the venue (or wouldn't come out at all if you didn't have a bridal party, which I did not). Absolutely LOVE Lisa, and would recommend her to anyone who is looking to get glammed for ANY occasion!
