They never could schedule it that way, so she would schedule just the massage, and every time they would call and cancel. So a year has passed and I get on the phone with them requesting a refund and was told they can't do that, likening it to buying a Walmart gift card. One checker and you could tell she wasn't into her job or customer service at all. Just going thru the motions. It wasn't just me complaining. The whole line was. At one point there were 9 people waiting forever and 3 people waiting on presales and 1 person waiting on an online order. It took my whole lunch hour to get a few little items. One lady said she would not return and the other said if she wanted to shop at Belk she would go to Lufkin. I'm not too sure I will be back!
