The lack of communication and flexibility felt unprofessional and disappointing…read more ‐------------------‐------- I scheduled my dental appointment only after confirming that the office accepted my insurance, both through my provider and OpenCare. However, when I arrived, the receptionist informed me that because the visit involved a panoramic x-ray, I would need to pay out of pocket. This was unexpected and confusing, especially since my insurance covers x-rays as part of a routine cleaning. What's most frustrating is that the office refused to proceed with the appointment, despite having verified insurance coverage beforehand. I wasn't given a clear explanation as to why the panoramic x-ray was required or why it wasn't covered, and no alternative was offered. The lack of communication and flexibility felt unprofessional and disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve transparency and patient experience in the future

I have been to lots of dental offices and I rarely like them. Dr. Caballlero and Accent Dental…read moreCenter is the best dental office i have ever been to in my life. Everyone should go see Caballero no matter where you have gone prior, because you will switch. I had three teeth pulled seven hours ago. I haven't experienced any pain or needed to take any medication since I left the office. Great Things about this dental office: 1. Great parking and super easy to find!I The office is less than a mile from the Freeway exit; 2. Office is clean and COVID- safe; 3. Super Polite, professional, kind and friendly staff including my dental assistant and Donna at the front; Everyone was so nice to the extreme. 4. I was planning to drive over before my appt. at Accent to ask my former dentist for my latest x-rays. Before leaving my house, I called over to make sure they would be able to provide me with my x-rays prior to my 230pm appt. with Dr. C. When I called, they said that Ella at Dr. Caballero's Office had already requested and received them. Ella was also the angel who promptly responded to my email looking for a new patient appointment. She was super flexible and accommodating in scheduling. 5. Transparent and inexpensive pricing; 6. Dr. Caballero was really knowledgeable, gentle, kind and caring; he didn't make me feel guilty about my horrible teeth issues or make me feel the least bit uncomfortable; 7. Dr. C WAS REALLY knowledgeable about the nerves and how and where to inject me for my procedure. He didn't just inject in the localized area; instead he injected in a sort of diagonal pattern with more pain killer than usual. I felt no pain at all (even with the first shots -when I was really nervous). Prior to my leaving the office, Dr. C explained that he wasn't working Friday but that if i experienced any dental pain, he would come in on Friday just to help me out. Crazy cool, right? As long as I live in Seattle, I will never go to another dentist. In writing this and in telling my friends, I feel like i am revealing a good secret and I can't wait to hear back from them with their own praises for Dr. C and Accent Dental!

B/c I am a total dental chicken I always start with those who provide sedation (not just laughing gas and pills). This office had good reviews and when I told them I had a toothache they got me in very quickly. As always I had difficulty getting xrays done b/c of my anxiety and was basically crying (embarassing). The hygienist Carol was so, so sweet and patient and we finally did xrays via digital xrays and then a 3D option as well. I met w/ the dentist Dr. Keith who was also really kind, patient and thoroughly explained everything to me. I'll be going back to get multiple issues fixed but feel relieved and happy to be in what seems to be good hands.

Looking for a more than qualified oral surgeon led me to Dr. Marxen. I met with his staff, went over the procedure, and also voiced my concerns about too much anesthesia, and made my sensitivity to it very clear. The day of my procedure was easy. I was in and out in two hours as I followed their instructions. Post recovery I was not overly woozy and had no ill effects from the drugs. While I had post opp pain from impacted teeth removal, within two days I was back to a normal routine. And all I had to take was Tylenol and ibuprofen! The only painful thing really was listening to the nursing staff talk about lunch before my procedure (as I couldn't eat and was really hungry). If you want someone who's not going to have you living a nightmare for a month after removing teeth, I highly recommend this group.

I stopped coming last year after the practice dropped my Delta Dental insurance. I recently decided to give them another try because I now have dental insurance through Cigna. Before my most recent appointment, I sent my insurance information in advance by email and also confirmed it by phone. The office booked the appointment with no mention of any issues. I drove there, took time out of my day, and once I was already sitting in the chair, I was told that the practice had dropped all insurance and asked if I wanted to proceed, pay out of pocket, and then personally deal with whatever reimbursement my insurance might or might not provide later. This conversation happened with a dental hygienist, not an office administrator, despite the practice having administrative staff, and it was extremely uncomfortable. It felt inappropriate for a clinical provider to be put in the position of handling a billing and insurance issue. I declined and left, having wasted time commuting and attending an appointment that should never have been booked under these circumstances. This same situation has happened to me before and is exactly why I stopped going previously. What is most concerning is that all responsibility is placed on the patient. You are expected to manage insurance reimbursement yourself, the practice takes no accountability, and they reserve the right to charge whatever they choose, often well above standard ADA fee guidelines. There was also no follow-up of any kind from the office after the visit. No courtesy call, no acknowledgment, and no attempt to address the situation, which further reinforced the lack of professionalism. The office is beautiful and the staff is welcoming, but the lack of upfront communication, pricing transparency, and professional handling of insurance matters feels misleading. I am sharing this so others are aware and can ask very direct questions before booking, especially if insurance coverage matters to you.
