My son has had a reoccurring hamstring issue and we came to see Dr. MacArthur because I was…read morereferred to him by my PT. First off, from the moment I called to make the appointment I was blown away, The girl that helped us was above and beyond friendly. She wanted to make sure I was seeing the right doc for the injury, regardless of the referral, and she said how wonderful Dr. MacArthur was & he was perfect for this type of injury. The office is brand new and very sleek and modern. Again the customer service was amazing. The girl behind the reception counter was friendly & efficient and the nurse was very kind & incredibly helpful. Dr. MacArthur was great! He was gentle and down to earth and my son was instantly at ease with him. He also was thorough in his examine & really took his time to explain the diagnosis. Very impressive practice & can't recommend them enough!!!

Fantastic service but horrible building design. The doctors here, staff, appointment system are…read moresuper efficient and professional. However, this is the most poorly designed building for people with sports injuries. The drop off zone has no handicap ramp for folks with mobility issues. Meaning no wheelchair or crutch accessibility for the drop off area. In fact, I call the drop off area the "danger zone trap for the disabled." Look at the drop off area photo. Especially when it rains, the separate pieces of stone get very slippery. After the danger zone maze of terror, your injured loved one now has to go through the American ninja warrior obstacle course and use the one sidewalk available to navigate around a expansive well manicured lawn to enter the building. It's immensely tiring for someone. Especially someone injured. I hope they make some design changes because the doctors visit alone could potentially could exacerbate injuries! Funny story - while I was writing this review an elderly patient needed to go to an attached building to get a vaccine. She noted that she was a nurse, it was raining, and "come on!" she didn't want to have to walk "all around the building in the rain!" To get to the other side of the building. Although the receptionist told the elderly nurse could not go through go the building, she did it anyways! Again, poor building design that does not focus on the patient experience.

I've worked in health care for 30 years. I've had surgeries, chiropractic, acupuncture, PT,…read moremassage, even hypnosis (which didn't work), you name it. I've seen maybe 15 chiropractors in my life for various back and neck ailments. Half of them were no good. The other half were good and brought the ongoing relief that I needed. Dr. Piokowski is in the top of that group of excellent chiropractors. He's patient, takes extra time to explain what he is going to do, and manipulates you with only the right amount of force to adjust you. Also, he is a great guy and anyone who brings his dog to work will put you at ease right away. As an example of his focus on you, during one visit I thought I was done and headed to the exit. But something didn't feel quite right in my neck - I think it stiffened up again before I made it out the door. He immediately called me right back into the room and made the extra adjustment and asked me to wait five minutes to see if my neck was going to stiffen again. Truly focused on your health. And I don't even write that many Yelp reviews, but I wanted to be sure that you know that he is good, very reasonably priced for those of us who have limited chiropractic insurance coverage or pay cash, and you will get the cracks and relief that you need to get back to your normal. An excellent practitioner.

I actually like the fact the waiting room is down the hall and not as you first walk in to make it seem crowded and uninviting. I saw Dr. Wagner because my DO thought I might have a torn labrum in my hip, as well as chronic…read moretendonitis in my shoulder (I know, I know, I'm a mess). Dr. Wagner appears to be the authority for Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections, which might help with the tendonitis, and was recommended for prolotherapy of the hip. As an aside, if you're looking to do RPR, make sure you don't have Aetna, as they are the only insurance that doesn't cover this procedure. My DO (who I've reviewed here) refers his patients to Dr. Wagner for prolotherapy of the hip because he does it under fluoroscopy (a continuous X-ray), which is important because the hip joint is such a deep joint you don't want to go in there blind. Dr. Wagner seems like a nice guy, and very knowledgeable in his fields. After the first visit he ordered an MRI with contrast. At the second visit he checked out the MRI and it turns out that I don't have a torn labrum so he was unable to help me, and by the time the second visit came around I had my tendonitis under control. However, his demeanor and his apparent abilities gets him four stars in my book, although it should be noted that I have not had that much interaction with him. One thing that should be known about him is that when the diagnosis deals with something that falls outside his expertise he gives very conservative advice. For example, if one were to have femur-acetabular impingement he would advice no running, rowing, cycling, or any weight lifting that puts additional load onto the hip, even if it doesn't cause pain. This is not a bad thing, but a good thing, playing it safe with issues he's unfamiliar with is very reasonable. I merely mention this because I feel like it should be worth noting.

It is interesting. I left a review on Dr. Wagner before but now it's gone. So posting again!…read more Agree with review on horrid bedside manner on other review sites. Run. Away. From. Here. I have NEVER had a medical professional speak to me like he did. Ridiculously condescending-in fact I couldn't believe I was in an actual Dr.'s office. He informed me: 'we know more about you than you realize. Oh yeah, we know all about you. More than you know...' Experience was horrible, just horrible. I went home and cried. I would never go back to this man nor this practice. I asked for details on procedures & he refused to share any info as I'd seen a different Dr. in the practice (once) some 4 years prior- and he said - you'll have to go back to prior Dr. and see what he thinks. When pressed for details on injections he just said 'we'll put in a little bit here and a bit there'- whatever the other Dr. you saw thinks. So I paid a consult for him to say nothing, be horribly condescending throughout the visit, send me back to another equally bad Dr. who I would obviously have gone back to if I'd liked initially.  I don't want to be contacted by anyone at NSPC, in fact I never want to visit an NSPC again.  I did end up finding an amazing regenerative doctor elsewhere. (I have never taken opioids/pain killers not was I seeking any from this doctor)

It wasn't just the injury; it was inflammation, nerve, a lifetime of problems due to my flat foot, and I waited months after the injury. It's rare to find a doctor that makes me feel "heard". I'm so grateful! It's a year later and I just completed a 30 mile weeklong walking challenge. It took me a while to find Dr. Niktash. Luckily, if you're reading this, you've found her too!

Speaking of staircase, if you have disabilities with climbing steps, this place might not be for you. I met with Lilly today and she informed me the cost of doing business starts at $60 for half an hour and $80 for one hour. The first room on the left is set up for Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai and Ashiatsu massage (Originating from the Japanese word "ashi" (foot) and "atsu" (pressure). I heard the sounds of water being turned on and one lady getting ready to shower. Another lady sounded like she had just finished showering and is getting her day started. Lilly was dressed in a pink skirt an her wet hair was combed back. She had a pleasant smile on her face as she greeted me warmly. Not a bad way to start the day off. The inside of the establishment was dark, but not like some of the places I saw in Seattle Washington. I was lead to a room on the right around the corner from the showers. The room looked comfortable, but I wasn't ready to pay $80 for a hour massage at the time. Especially when a $65 an hour massage was about 15 minutes away. I declined to get a massage at the time and Ms. Lilly did not take this personally. I will be sure to try them out at a later date. I will be thrilled to write about the massage experience. Hope this information helps for the time being.
