I expressed that I wouldn't feel comfortable with her because of her inability to communicate with me in a timely manner and her communication was lacking in professionalism. Her response was that I was not her client and therefore she didn't feel the need to get back to me as quickly. I was very confused by this, as I would never commit to a photo shoot with a photographer who isn't able to respond to me in a timely manner. This was family photo shoot that many of us were traveling to the Dallas area for. Our dates weren't flexible and it was important to me to find someone who could ensure that it would be a smooth process. All in all I felt Lucy was unable to provide time with the level of service I expect. Furthermore, after ending our conversation, she continued to harass me through text message until I asked her to stop. If you are planning to book a photographer please look elsewhere! I am not sure if this if her normal work ethic, if I had done something to offend her, or if she was having a bad week. Regardless of the reason, her attitude was very off putting and her professionalism was lacking.

My wife and I started looking around and there are a number of things that drew us here to start. 1) Location. It's probably 35 mins outside of downtown Dallas. There is not more space per day to build (in the areas we looked) so a lot of buildings are going vertical and going higher. Also a lot of the homes are north of $400,$500 even on up from that. 2) County feel but close to Historic Downtown Mckinney. We are 5 miles or so away from Downtown McKinney which was a big thing for my wife. Location here is pretty key. 3) Outdoor space. There is going to be 450 acres of Greenbelt space, parks, hike and bike trails, beach entry swimming pool, nature playground, event lawn, clubhouse, disc golf, fishing piers, kayak & canoe launch, scenic overlooks and more. They will have a couple of schools in the master planned community as well. Overall we couldn't be happier to move into our house and the process with Beazer couldn't have been any better. The process started in 2017 when we shopped companies to replace natural grass and we didn't proceed as the pricing was just amazingly high for a very small 460 square feet project. The turf project is now complete because DFW Turf Pro's owner Marc made it so easy. We talked with several other turf companies and were pleased with their product offerings and pricing. We met Marc at the Dallas Home Show where he helped make the decision so easy by answering all of our questions and without hesitating agreed to upgrade the turf at the same price of a middle grade turf. Within 4 days the installation crew (a family of 3 and a close personal friend) arrived as arranged, were incredibly organized, friendly and diligently worked through the hot North Texas August heat until completion that included a perfect cleanup.
