While my parents introduced me to a family friend who was a real estate agent, I had no idea how to go about finding a loan officer! I let him know that I didn't have any knowledge of how the house-buying process works, but he was incredibly supportive and assured me he would walk me through every step. A little background: I did 2 house purchases, and 1 house sale by myself without a realtor before engaging Meridox. I didn't need handholding, because I was not a first-time buyer. I wanted an advisor who can give me an honest opinion as to pricing, knows the neighborhoods, and can negotiate with the seller's agent. Linh was so on top of things. She understood that I was busy and scheduled multiple showings for me on weekends. She mapped out our route, so we can be efficient with time.
