I was able to get my dad there after work from Pleasantville just in time. The lady was so helpful and kind. She was able to fix the hearing aid in less than 5 minutes and sent us on our way. She is correct--I know a fraud when I meet one and was not an easy target, so I was a bad fit. I did give the new office a shot because Ames is convenient for me. However, after 5 visits, it's just awful, NO customer service from the staff and none from the doctor. He always is cheerful and is concerned about my care.He keeps me posted as to my needs in vaccinations and my overall general health. The clinic staff is great too,always checking me in promptly and the waiting area is clean and large so you can social distance.
