The screens are old but functioned very well and the shoes were better than any rental shoe in Pittsburgh. The staff working was very attentive. We asked him if he had anything to clean right in front of the lane since it was a bit slippery and he very happily cleaned the lane for us. I wish they would have had food, but there was a bar next door you could order at and they would bring it over. They are also BYOB! Lastly, they had these tiny little pins and balls! So cute! I think it's called Froggy (or ducky) bowling. It's not for little kids apparently and I was told that it is very hard. Since I bowl an average of ohhhh about 68, I figured it was best to leave Ducky/Froggy bowling to the pros!

They also have tons of activities! There is a bowling ally connected to the restaurant, along with pool and darts. There is a ton of seating and they can accommodate large groups pretty well! There was a well balanced atmosphere of families and people just having a drink. The service was a bit confusing, I was unsure who was waiting tables vs bar tending. It seemed like whoever was free was sent out to take orders. That made a little complicated for reordering drinks and our food. We got fried pickles as an appetizer. The fried pickles were great! The breading stuck to them well and they weren't soaked in grease. The dill ranch was also homemade and it was good with the pickles. My girlfriend got the western burger and I got the Bronx Bomber. The waitress said the lowest temp they could cook the burger was medium. That is always a huge let down for me. Don't even ask if you can't do anything below a certain temperature. Other than that the burger had a good grilled flavor and the onion rings went well on top. My sandwich was lack luster. The name was appealing and I had high expectations. It was a mix between a Rachel and a Ruben. The bread was toasted but the meat was still kind of cold and the cheese wasn't melted. It didn't have that much meat on it either.

The staff is wonderful and friendly. George recently bought the center and is doing a good job taking care of it. I will have to visit his Pro-Shop which is located in North Versailles, PA. For the age of the equipment, all lanes that I have bowled on in the past 3 weeks have been in very great condition. Lane oil is not too harsh and the lane surfaces are in good condition. I like the back wall aesthetic; the classic Brunswick center finish on the walls appeals to me. Food is wonderful and beer selections are nice. My top 3 beers are sold here with beer allowed at the tables. The tables are the spring retracted bowling tables that were common in the 1990s and remain common to this day.
