It was served with a mignonette and mustard and cocktail sauces. There was also Maryland Style Crab Dip, Buffalo chicken dip, and carbonara deviled eggs. I tried to control myself, knowing this wasn't even the main event! Fresh Angus hamburgers were my weakness. These came with frizzled onions and blue cheese or with white american cheese. There was a platter of plenty of tomatoes, fresh romaine lettuce, and raw onions to add. I had the white american cheese and doctored it up. It did not disappoint. I loved it!! They're were perfectly charred. There were also all beef hotdogs and key west chicken with orange relish. The Mac and cheese was death row meal worthy. I did not try the street corn (off the cob for easy eating) but others raved. I also had no room for the salad of arugula, burrata, peach, fig, and prosciutto. Nor did I have room for the Jersey tomato salad. The desserts were too numerous to list! The presentation was elegant yet not fussy for a BBQ.

We gave Daniel 6 days notice and he was very understanding and mobilized very quickly by sending us his bris catering menu. Daniel's menu had a great assortment of fresh fish (lox/whitefish/tuna), fresh veggies, fresh fruit, juice/water, catered salads (green salad, pasta salad) and bagels/shmear. Daniel's price per person was very competitive and his delivery charge was 80% cheaper than the other caterers we called which made him the best combination of value and food offerings in the Philadelphia area. Daniel also had his Kashrut certificate on his website which was very helpful as we were able to demonstrate to our synagogue that he was Glatt kosher certified. Daniel as a great communicator and afforded us a 3 days buffer to finalize headcount which was really helpful as we needed to coordinate with out-of-town relatives. On the day of, Daniel arrived early and setup the food arrangement is a very methodical way which helped greatly with flow when guests wanted to eat (an indicator that he's an experienced caterer). Daniel portioned perfectly as we had plenty of food for our 30 guests and even were able to take home leftovers (which he helped us package). We received many compliments on the freshness of the bagels (very important for Jewish events!), the taste of the lox (not too salty), and the tuna and egg salads (just the right amount of mayo). The fruit salad was a great assortment and Daniel had in-season fruit offerings which were really refreshing. Daniel mingled really well with our guests and even brought magnets with a recipe for his own homemade spreads which felt like an added bonus for our guests. We highly recommend Daniel as a kosher caterer as his food was both a great assortment and very tasty. Daniel is also very professional, a top notch communicator, and offers very competitive pricing which was an excellent value. Happy to provide to specifics if you're considering Daniel and Kosher Catering Philadelphia. We look forward to working with Daniel as future simchas!

There are plenty of areas to set up for different reception types. I was there recently for business awards presentation and the room for presentations was easily divided off the main reception area after the cocktail reception and then set up was quickly changed to multiple dinner stations and seating. Outside is no less stunning and since it is next to a nature path it would allow for a lot of different back drops and locations for gorgeous photos.

Our daughter wanted to have a "teen nightclub" themed dance party for her 14th birthday! At that age it's really challenging to find a venue for a great party that is safe and supervised, but also, crazy fun! Rachael helped us put together a party that was the "talk of the school" event! Everyone was buzzing about this party! Rachael, with the help of some other fantastic companies, like LEO party rentals, and BELLY caterers put together a very reasonably priced and very trendy dance party for Emma and her friends. It was so easy to plan, and even easier to sit back and enjoy the kids having a fantastic time! We couldn't have planned this terrific event without her! Rachael helped us coordinate with everyone. She sat down with me to brainstorm many times before the party, and took care of everything. The tiniest of details were covered! All of the event was kept within a very reasonable budget! We would also like to send a thank you out to the Goggleworks for their terrific, and very trendy "loft" like room, for the party location. The dj " DJ JG" John Gosselin was also a fantastic addition to the party! He knew exactly what music the kids wanted to hear. Everyone danced the entire night! Thank you Rachael for making this night so memorable for Emma, and us too! If your thinking of planning a party for your teenage daughter you should contact Rachael! She will really impress you!
