The next day, they arrived in Vegas to unpack. They were quick, professional, and very personable! Would recommend. Vadim has been great! Thank you sooooo much for making our move seamless. *Updating a day later, after fully unpacking.* My husband and I started unpacking as the movers were still moving things. We noticed three plates, a bowl, and a ramekin had been broken. We also noticed damage to our son's play kitchen. It was still functional, but broken. We were going to let it slide because we understand that things happen, but after we've fully unpacked, there were multiple vases that were broken in one box which held value and I am pretty upset about this. So maybe just some advice going forward, be more strategic with the way that you pack things.

They never complained and kept pushing through. Jose was great at communicating too. And they ask questions instead of assuming, which I appreciate a lot. I just wish the scheduling person was as communicative as Jose. The scheduling experience was not great - the person on the phone kept mishearing me. I clearly told them my house has 2 bedrooms and a bonus room, but in reality they only planned for moving 1 bedroom, resulting in understaffing, which made me ended up paying more because of the long hours and overtime. The scheduling person didn't even get my name right...the scheduling experience was pretty bad. But the actual moving experience was good. I guess next time I will just have to be extra cautious with the scheduling office.

They were friendly and respectful, so patient with our kids as they wandered a little too close to the action, and handled everything with care. Honestly, I barely broke a sweat all day because they were so efficient! They took what would have been a very stressful move and made it feel organized and manageable. I'd absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone planning a move!

These guys handle every bin, piece of furniture, appliance, and wardrobe box with great care. They take the time to disassemble (if needed) and reassemble (if needed) every bit of furniture. It all gets wrapped in plastic, too! Plus, time is used efficiently. For my latest travels (about 5 miles to the new place), from start to finish, the job was completed in just 6 hours! And, that's for a fully-loaded, 2- bedroom condo WITH 16 STAIRS AT BOTH RESIDENCES! So, so, impressive. On top of that, the fellas have always been friendly, enthusiastic, skilled, and hard-working. For this most recent move, I was so fortunate to meet Alex, Vladimir, and Nick. They were on time, and nothing short of amazing. You might be wondering the price for the wonderful service they provided? Incredibly reasonable! And, I received a discount for paying in cash. From the initial click on the Fastruck website to waving goodbye to the guys, everything went smoothly. They are the ONLY movers to hire in the greater Los Angeles area. Thank you, Fastruck!
