Nobody answers the telephone there,I have to drive out there to check on it . Twice I have driven out there to find no work has even been started. This Thursday I went to just get my cylinder head out of there and the owner swore to me "come back tomorrow it will be completed " I returned the next day(Friday) no one was there.I still don't have my cylinder head. If it was not for me physically going to the shop to check for myself I would not know anything. the parts that I brought along with my block are still sitting in the same spot on the floor by the front counter collecting dust and rust. I paid my money and would like some urgency or actual genu care when it comes to my service or I would like to be refunded my money. It sucks paying a car note on a vehicle you can't drive especially when the hold up isn't your fault. money isn't a issue,so I do not see why my services has taken this long.

I…read morecalled needing a very specific remanufactured powerhead (engine block) and spoke with Jim, who told me he had what I needed and would send it to me right away, if I wired money into his account. I did as he requested, but when the powerhead arrived, not only was it the wrong year and model, but it wasn't a remanufactured powerhead at all. He sent me a used, messed up powerhead. There was carbon on the piston heads (from use), and old parts inside. This was not the remanufactured powerhead I ordered. I called jim immediately, and he argued with me, saying he sent the right head. I had to have my Tech call him and explain the differences in the models...and he was supposed to be an expert? He said he would not give a refund unless I pay to have send him the wrong head back. I'm already out $6,300! Then he tried to send another wrong unit, saying it would work fine - even though it was not the model I bought. I normally check people out before sending money, but he recently changed the company name. Since then they have moved to Pace Blvd., and we have been very understanding, when they called about the bill, we would drop off cash. We have been promised our bike would be done months ago. They have told me, "the weekend of their open house", then it was waiting on some friend of theirs to drop off parts (which I ended up picking up here in town), then it was they were working on another bike. I dropped off 1000 cash because we were told needed money upfront for the machine shop. Dropped cash off the next day (over 3 months ago) and as of to date my bike has not even had that work done to it. Now we have probably the biggest week of our lives coming up family, friends from out of state are coming from out of state to experience it with us and we are the only couple without a bike. I have missed a "ride" that honors my little brother....the list goes on and on. I am going to New Breed today to hear what it is this is week, I will post again after my visit.
