Doc is the nicest negative person! We enjoyed many conversations and his work was always the best!…read more I will warn you though, WATCH OUT FOR HIS WIFE. Doc had put my name on his Myrtle Grove list so he "wouldn't forget me over the next couple of weeks." My lawn is out of control and my riding mower needs a belt put back on! I guess I called one time too many for Kathy! She blatantly called me PESKY and Doc wouldn't be coming anymore! I'm 82 with probably a few less memory cells so I might have called that one time too many. As I once told Doc, "I always come last.......in life." I think she thought I was complaining about his schedule for me! I did tell Doc I'd pray for him because of HER. She's an unhappy soul!

My mower wouldn't start, so I asked them to simply get it running--not to address any other issues…read more They were unable to get it started, which I understand and don't fault them for. However, when I went to pick it up, they told me a new blade had been installed, which didn't make sense since that wasn't part of my request. Once home, I checked and the blade was clearly not new. I have no problem paying a fair fee for their time and effort, but I do take issue with being misled. Although they came highly recommended by a trusted friend, this experience left me disappointed and, unfortunately, I don't feel I can trust them.

It was the worst business experience I have ever had! Could not get anyone to communicate with me…read moreas a customer! The front desk person acted like you were bothering her if you came into the office. They didn't mind taking my down payment for the project, but I could never get anyone to give me a status of said project. I called and left a message at every extension in the office and sent an email requesting someone of authority. Please contact me, but no one cared to respond to any messages left. They say, " No job too small." I think they need to rethink that motto. I have talked to other people who have had the same problem with this company. I would recommend using another company.

AVOID. SCAMMERS. DAMAGED MY VEHICLE…read more Tech caused damage to my vehicle that forced me to sell it. Never had issues prior to having added work done at Carperter's Campers. Work was extremely overpriced and unprofessional with tape that was drooping on my heat shielding on my exhaust pipe at pick up and hanging wires I had to secure myself. Within a couple of days of picking it up, I had various electrical lights flashing I had never seen before. I called Carpenter's who offered to install MORE issues for more money. I brought it to the dealership who offered extremely pricey diagnostics and repairs worth more than what the vehicle was worth that would have just "undone Carpenter's damage". Contacted Carpenter's Campers management on this issue, they stone walled me and would not compromise for their damages without proof from dealership. All this with less than a week before my move across the country. I tried to contact a lawyer on short notice but ended up selling my previously perfectly drivable vehicle, with overpriced, DAMAGING work from Carpenter's Campers because I had to move, and I could not move this car safely cross country. Do not trust this dealership. They will damage your property with no shame.

We noticed that the extension hitch was bent and called all over Pensacola to find another one but no one had the size we needed. Finally decided to call a welder and he said he could fix it for us. Super great service and would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Kennie Lyons enough!…read more Our grinder pump unexpectedly went out after only a couple of years, and we honestly had no idea what we were going to do. If you have ever had to deal with a grinder pump, you know how expensive repairs and replacements can be. We had multiple companies come out and received several quotes, but we still did not feel like we had found the right person to help us. After seeing several recommendations for Kennie Lyons, we decided to give him a call, and I am SO glad we did. From the very beginning, Kennie was incredibly friendly, honest, and easy to work with. He was upfront about everything, including pricing, and went above and beyond to work with our family and our situation. He was extremely accommodating and showed us a level of kindness and understanding that you just do not always find when dealing with home repairs. What impressed us even more was how quickly he was able to figure out what was actually wrong. We had already had other people look at the system, but Kennie came out and was able to identify the problem quickly and get us on the right track. Talking to Kennie honestly feels like talking to someone you have known forever. He is the kind of person who immediately makes you feel comfortable, like you are dealing with family rather than just another company trying to make a sale. The gentleman who helped him replace our grinder pump was also incredibly kind, professional, and wonderful to work with. Something that started out incredibly stressful for our family ended up being such a positive experience because of Kennie. He treated us with kindness, respect, honesty, and compassion from beginning to end, and we are so grateful we found him. If you are having grinder pump issues and need someone who is knowledgeable, honest, fair, dependable, and genuinely cares about the people he is helping, CALL KENNIE LYONS. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Thank you so much, Kennie, for taking such good care of our family and getting everything working again. We truly appreciate you more than you know!
