It was the worst business experience I have ever had! Could not get anyone to communicate with me…read moreas a customer! The front desk person acted like you were bothering her if you came into the office. They didn't mind taking my down payment for the project, but I could never get anyone to give me a status of said project. I called and left a message at every extension in the office and sent an email requesting someone of authority. Please contact me, but no one cared to respond to any messages left. They say, " No job too small." I think they need to rethink that motto. I have talked to other people who have had the same problem with this company. I would recommend using another company.

Doc is the nicest negative person! We enjoyed many conversations and his work was always the best!…read more I will warn you though, WATCH OUT FOR HIS WIFE. Doc had put my name on his Myrtle Grove list so he "wouldn't forget me over the next couple of weeks." My lawn is out of control and my riding mower needs a belt put back on! I guess I called one time too many for Kathy! She blatantly called me PESKY and Doc wouldn't be coming anymore! I'm 82 with probably a few less memory cells so I might have called that one time too many. As I once told Doc, "I always come last.......in life." I think she thought I was complaining about his schedule for me! I did tell Doc I'd pray for him because of HER. She's an unhappy soul!

However, when I went to pick it up, they told me a new blade had been installed, which didn't make sense since that wasn't part of my request. Once home, I checked and the blade was clearly not new. I have no problem paying a fair fee for their time and effort, but I do take issue with being misled. Although they came highly recommended by a trusted friend, this experience left me disappointed and, unfortunately, I don't feel I can trust them.

I'm floored. When…read morethe Navy recently moved me from San Diego, the movers completely demolished my teak chest of drawers and a lamp that my grandfather had made by hand (among many other less egregious damages). I thought the former was utterly irreparable: the base had been torn off, the drawers' slides had lost their ball bearings, and the whole thing looked ready for the dump. Enter Pat. He's friendly, professional, and extremely good at what he does. Moreover, he went absolutely above and beyond in making sure that I was happy with his work. He not only fixed my grandfather's lamp, but also sanded the base and restored it to better than its original, pre-move condition. As for the chest of drawers, the man works miracles; he put Humpty-Dumpty back together again. A few days after he delivered it, unfortunately, I discovered that two of the drawers were slightly out of whack. When I told him about the issues, he came over the very next day and spent nearly three hours making sure that every slide of every drawer worked perfectly. I would cheerfully award Pat more than 5 stars, and really cannot recommend him enough.
