Our recent truck purchase at Newnan Peachtree Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram started off incredibly well…read more Despite me having surgery the day before, Roshan (our salesman) and Tre Flowers (sales manager) made the entire process seamless, handling everything remotely. Roshan even drove the truck to us to finalize the deal! When we found a few paint chips and a door ding, Roshan assured us they'd be fixed. However, getting those minor repairs completed became a major hassle, dropping our experience to 4 stars. I had to constantly chase them to schedule the initial touch-up, which was subpar and didn't fix the ding. Austin, another sales manager, then promised to send it to their body shop, but again, it required persistent follow-up from me. The repair took nearly two weeks for what seemed like minor issues. We faced a lack of communication regarding progress and had initial difficulty securing a rental car (though Austin did step up to help with this later). It was frustrating to essentially be without our new truck for so long over a few small cosmetic fixes. While the sales team initially went above and beyond, the post-sale follow-through on repairs was a significant letdown, requiring far too much effort on our part. In the end, we do love our new Ram. Took a little bit for my husband to get over trading in the "old" one.

Instead of calling me for approval, they just replaced the tire without my consent -- no estimate, no phone call, nothing. Then, after holding my vehicle for seven hours, they finally told me that their techs were too busy to even look at the actual problems I came in for. When I asked for a loaner car, they said they had none. When I asked for a ride home, I was told their driver had "gone home for an emergency." The lack of professionalism and basic customer service here is unbelievable. This place wasted my entire day, charged me for work I didn't authorize, and failed to fix the main issues. I will never return, and I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs. I actually purchased my vehicle from this same dealer. They were a lot nicer and more responsive when they were trying to make the sale. Once they had my money, that level of service completely disappeared. After checking their reviews lately, it looks like I'm not the only one with a bad experience. They've been getting a lot of negative feedback, and honestly, I don't expect them to last much longer if this continues. Whoever owns this dealership seriously needs to pay attention to these bad reviews before they lose every last customer.

I don't even know where to begin. I'm not exaggerating when I say this was the most incompetent…read moreteam I've ever worked with, and I've bought many cars/motorcycles in my life. I've read some other reviews and most of the positive experiences I believe are from new car purchases, so I do want to make sure it's clear my experience was with the used car team. Also, I've done this review in a bullet list to save me writing a novel on what, again, was the absolute worst experience purchasing a car I've ever had. - First, some context: I had been looking for a very specific car for several months. I had alerts set up for dealerships all over the country (yes, I was prepared to ship this car to ATL since I was looking for such a specific one) so I could know immediately when what I wanted became available. I've owned this car before, and was looking to get back into the same one, so again, I knew exactly what I wanted. Also, I planned to purchase this vehicle cash, as I did not want to finance with a dealer or take out a loan. I just needed to find the car. Period. I thought I got lucky finding the EXACT one I was looking for IN ATLANTA. Not so much... - When I arrived, I was greeted by a new car salesman right at the front door. He was all smiles and "how can I help you" until he found out I was there to look at a used car. He then became completely cold and passive and passed me to a used car salesman. Didn't even walk me all the way to the used car salesman's desk, there just pointed to a door across the parking lot and said "go there." Off to a bad start... - The salesman I was passed to was nice enough, and he didn't push me to buy anything else while I was there (although one of his colleagues did. He butted himself right into our conversation and said "YOU SHOULD TEST DRIVE THIS ONE" Step away dude, no one was talking to you) but I have no real gripes about him. He was a bit slow, and very unfamiliar with the all-cash purchases (taxes, title transfer, etc.) but otherwise a nice dude. (Greg is his name) - We went back and forth on price a bit. They were okay with getting me to a price that worked for me (albeit after about an hour of haggling) but then came all the hidden fees. The dealer doc fee was $1200. FIRST OF ALL, it's illegal to charge ANY undisclosed fees at the time of purchase in the state of Georgia. Nowhere on any advertisement of this car for sale (dealer site, Car Gurus, Cars.com, etc.) did they mention a dealer fee, so seeing this pop up as a line-item on the cost sheet was laughable. When I called them out on it, they said it WASN'T illegal and I didn't know what I was talking about. Then I brought up the actual law on ga.gov and they shut up really quick and removed the fee. They also tried to charge me TWICE for taxes/title. Supposedly they had "gotten the cost wrong" the first time they charged me and tried to squeeze another $200 out of me. Lucky I laughed at them and literally said "what are you guys trying to pull here?" and they dropped it. Absolute CLOWN-TOWN. NOTE: IF YOU'RE BUYING A CAR ANYWHERE, IN ANY STATE, ALWAYS CHECK FOR LAWS ON DEALER FEES. DEALERS ARE BRUTAL WITH THESE CHARGES AND MOST OF THE TIME IT'S ILLEGAL IF IT'S NOT DISCLOSED UP FRONT. ALWAYS ALWAYS CHECK. - The cherry on top was when I came to pick the car up. I walked in, and once again, when I told them I was here to pick up a USED car, I was treated like garbage. The dude who took me to the back-40 where the used salesman offices are was actually taking a PERSONAL PHONE CALL, LOUDLY, ON SPEAKER PHONE (looking at you, Jonathan) while he was walking me back. What? Is that how you treat someone who just dropped $57k CASH on a fucking car? These guys were either incredible misogynists (which is likely regardless, I don't think they like the fact that a girl was buying a performance car with cash) or just completely oblivious to how to treat people with the slightest kindness. Stephanie Tanner screaming "HOW RUDE!" was on repeat inside my head the whole time I was in this building. LOL (millennial TV show reference, you're welcome ) Look, I could write another 4-5 bullets on how terrible this experience was, but I'll leave it at that. These dudes are shady af and rude to boot. The ONLY reason why I bought my car from them is that they had the EXACT car I had been looking for for months (down to the year, trim/packages, and the exterior/interior colors) and I couldn't just walk away. I dealt with their incompetence just long enough to drive this thing off the lot and write this review. Do better, guys. Do better.

Mixed Experience - Strong Start, Poor Follow-Through…read more At first, the team worked extremely hard to get me approved despite my credit challenges. They were attentive and persistent, even continuing to work on my approval after I left the dealership and calling me back once everything went through. I really appreciated that effort and their initial customer service. However, the issues began once I entered the finance office. I clearly and repeatedly stated that I did not want the extended warranty. Despite this, the finance manager insisted that my interest rate had been reduced to "fit" the warranty into a lower monthly payment -- which was misleading and bordered on unethical. When I asked for an itemized breakdown of costs rather than just a "total payment" summary, it was a struggle to get it, but I eventually did. I declined the warranty and made it clear that if my interest rate depended on paying an extra $4,000, I would walk away from the deal. After that, the finance manager, Greg Thompson, seemed irritated and told me, "It's your vehicle and I don't care what you do." My interest rate, of course, didn't change once I declined the warranty, proving my concerns were valid. Even after signing, my salesperson continued to pressure me about the warranty, using the same dismissive line -- "it doesn't matter to me" -- while still trying to sell it. For anyone considering purchasing here, understand that these warranties are profit-generating add-ons. I'd respect them more if they were upfront about that fact. And dealership employees should never make customers feel like they don't matter. Post-sale, the experience declined sharply. I've called and texted my sales rep multiple times with little to no response. It also took two or three follow-ups to get my purchase documents emailed, since printed copies aren't their standard process. Overall, they worked hard to close the deal, but once the sale was done, the support and communication disappeared. If you decide to buy here, make sure every question is answered before you leave, and get everything in writing. Tip: Do your research before purchasing their extended warranties. I found a better plan elsewhere -- with longer coverage, lower cost, and not rolled into my car loan (so I'm not paying interest on it).

I contacted BMW Assist and ConnectedDrive support, only to find out that the vehicle requires a software update for these features to work properly. This is something that absolutely should have been addressed prior to the sale. I then reached out to my sales representative, who told me I could take the car to a nearby dealership to resolve the issue. However, when I arrived at a local dealership for the software update, I was informed that the update would cost $450 and take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours. This was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I just purchased this vehicle, and now I'm being asked to pay out of pocket and spend half a day fixing something that should have been fully operational before I ever drove it off the lot. To make matters worse, the dealership I purchased the vehicle from is over an hour away, and I had already made two separate trips there within a 4-day span during the negotiation and purchase process. After that time investment, I expected the car to be fully ready and all features operational at delivery. After playing phone tag with the dealership I purchased from for the past week, I was repeatedly told I would receive a call back the next day. It has now been three days with no follow-up at all. When I finally did get information, I was told that Comfort Access is actually a separate feature and that my X3 does not include it--something that was never clearly communicated during the sales process. I was also told that Amazon Alexa was a feature I could use, but that it expires at the end of this month, which is surprising as I've never encountered that with previous BMWs. Even more frustrating, after getting home and attempting setup, Alexa does not appear as an installed app in the vehicle at all and the dealership has informed that I will need to bring the X3 back in for them to do further updates. To add further context, this is my sixth BMW, and by far the worst experience and level of service I have ever had with a vehicle purchase. This experience has left a very negative impression. For a brand that prides itself on luxury and customer experience, this level of oversight, lack of transparency, and poor follow-up is disappointing. Buyers should not have to deal with additional costs, unclear feature availability, and lack of communication immediately after purchase just to have basic advertised features working.

I just purchased a vehicle from here and must say that I am shocked to see all the negative reviews…read moreon here, my experience was the total opposite of negative. I saw the car online, sent in a inquiry about it, the next day I got emails to come in and see the car but there was only one picture of the vehicle, so I said "no 'm not unless you post more pictures for me to look at". They sent me several and told me they had just got the car in and that's why there was only one picture and it wasn't inspected or detailed. I then got an email from salesman Peter and he asked if I would be coming in that day since the pics were sent, I said yes, (with the determination of NOT buying a vehicle) but just looking at it as it wasn't clean, but did have a clean autocheck history and did have every bell and whistle that I wanted in a vehicle. I got there and was treated great! Peter was a fun and honest and professional person to work with and made my experience enjoyable. He didn't try and BS me about anything dealing with the car and was upfront about what he (the dealership) could and could not do. I would use him again if need be. Now my only gripe if there is one is this, why would a dealership even load pictures of a car that they just got in and list it for sale when they haven't done any inspections, any maintenance or detailing. That's like putting the cart before the horse. So I bought the car on that Saturday (so much for not buying when I said I wouldn't), but didn't receive it until Wednesday because they had to do the aforementioned maintenance, inspections, detailing. Peter did honor his word by having the car delivered to me since I lived about an hour or so away and didn't want to drag my wife back down there to go get it. So all and all this was a pleasurable experience, I love the car (SUV), it came to me clean and small imperfections were repaired/corrected to my surprise. Only time will tell if the car will hold up but everything on it seems nice and strong so I am pleased. Thank you Peter and the rest of the staff that helped (even if it was just getting us water to drink), I appreciate it and am glad I am not one of the people who had bad experiences for whatever reason.
