One is too high. Worst business every dealt with. Promises low fees but their liars and thieves, Run away !!!!!! Hidden fees, awful service and poor technology read more

I would strongly consider using this merchant. They will lock you into 3 year agreements and charge you a $295 early cancellation fee if you are unhappy with them and want to cancel. Now think twice why they lock you in. Because they know that their services suck! On top of all their bogus fees, they make you pay $120 every year for a PCI compliance for which you go online and answer a set of questions. If you fail to do that, they will charge you $25 non compliance fee for each transaction you do with them. Bottom line is: DONOT USE THEM! Look for alternatives. PayPal offers the same products for a fraction of the cost. read more

The Worst Company to do Business with. After I was approved to process credit cards with them, I charged several transactions. Then they cancel my account and say I have to refund my customers out of my own account. Then, they will refund me with 10 business days. Or, They will hold my customers' money for up to 90 days!! Insane!! Do not use this merchant! they will screw you over! read more

Friendly people on the phone. They make things easy and simple, but our knowledgeable to fix our problems.

I would strongly recommend NOT using this company for your credit card processing needs. The entire company is in business to rip off other small businesses. The best part of my day today was hearing that my contract with Merchant One had been cancelled, although they very slyly tacked on one final $24.50 fee just to make sure I felt completely "taken to the cleaners." Hey Merchant One, 1992 called and they want their credit card processing terminals back, you conniving bastards! read more

Sleazy Slimy business practices. AVOID. I tried to cancel because of all their crazy fees, and was told that I had to pay a $295 termination fee. I asked to be put on a very minimal plan to finish out the few months I had left... they agreed (because it would have cost about $60). I just found out that they "charged off" my account and its now a negative item on my credit report. They also had been sneaking in extra charges for over a year because i did'nt "opt-out" of some unnecessary "fraud coverage" they offered. So basically if they send you a letter that says if you DON"T respond (AKA SONT SEE THE FINE PRINT BURIED IN A BILL SOMEWHERE), then that means you ACCEPT their new product. WOW! not to mention the charged was masked to make it hard to understand what it was if you did see it later on. The finally agreed to fully refund me after offering half the amount siphoned out of my account and fighting me the whole way. Save yourself the headache and avoid companies that do business like this.. read more

I've recently received the most detrimental and insulting situation I have ever received dealing with this company. I had received an email saying that the funds were being held and needed invoices. After I sent it, I was told that it wasn't enough. Was told to contact the customer to verify, did that and was told that it could have been anyone. Really?? The customer had to come to my place of business and bring her credentials and financials. She did that and the funds still haven't been released. After that and you have your customers looking at you as the type of person or business who isn't credible enough that their personal lives will be questioned. And if I don't want to go through that, I can pay an additional 600 to be transferred to another bank where I might not go through this type of situation. I'm currently looking for another processing company. Also this isn't a gamble business or anything illegal. It offers a sweepstakes system similar to the monopoly one offered by McDonalds with the tabs on certain purchases to win prizes which is also awarded by a third party. The process company is trying to use that to cover up for what they did. They wanted me to choose between lesser of two evils and when I declined, they tried to defame my business and closed my account. They try to keep the scams hidden, so I'm sure that they're going to try to delete this before people have the time to see it. So share and let everyone know about their practices read more

They are liars. If you need merchant services, avoid this company! For everything the first guy said. I was told there was no contract or cancellation fees. Imagine my surprise when they called and threatened to send everything to collections and destroy my credit. Then they slapped a ton off fees, early cancellation, and a fee for every month I canceled, on a long term contract. again i was told month to month contract, with no cancellation fees. In shot I had to pay a ton of fees, because is not worth destroy my credit. And taking them to court would cost more then the fees. Either way i would lose. There are a lot of honest companies out there. Just not this one. I would recommend using one the of the large national companies that have a solid reputation. This company is full of liars and con-artest. This company isn't worth the brain damage you will receive from them. read more

i called this company they claimed to be the best rates on credit card machines and credit card services. i have a small business, a fireworks stand i do one time a year for 10 days to raise money for a charity i support. i had used a different company in the past and when i lost their number i went to google and this company merchant one popped up so i thought what the heck i will call. i spoke to a steve saka, and he was very kind. i had done this for many years and so i kind of had a clue of cost and equipment etc. he wasnt inline with my other terminal cost even trying to get me to use something i didnt need. we finally settled on a product, he did ask things i didnt normally have to give, he wanted copies of my tie to the property i was selling at, its a booth, so no ties except the permit, which had the address, he then needed cancelled check etc, things i had not supplied, anyway i went through that, then another email from a jennifer made me take some kind of quiz, and set up merchant number. they said the terminals were shipping today, but then at 4 this afternoon, after thinking the terminals were on their way, a jacob called, said hey the machines we have wont work in texas your wireless is different, seriously folks, he said something was wrong with our towers. i said, i have done this for years, never had a problem, he said well we want to send you an upgrade so no trouble but we now want 350 deposit for each unit. i said dude to buy them is 350 a piece, why would i give you a deposit for that amount, so you can buy them. i was very upset, it was a scam of a company. i found my old company i had used and called them they immediately hooked me up with my terminals and with in minutes we were done and the terminals are shipping. dont make the mistake of using merchant one, their rates are not the lowest, their terminals are higher, they change a 99 fee to start service, charge for terminals then some side fees of about 55 a piece, so its over 120 for the terminals, seriously. my head told me yesterday something was wrong i need to listen to myself more. please dont get ripped off. dont do it read more
