In a word " SHIESTY " down to it's core... At first they seemed helpful I closed 3 deal with them and at the end of each deal they would come with a promise of something better. Well I finally decided to take them up on an offer in order to receive a credit line and this is where the problems started and ultimately this post. So for my 4th deal I was told that I had to take a cash advance first pay it off in the first week then they would use the good history with my payoff and other 3 pay offs to qualify me for a credit. I had been pretty cautious about but told them if I could get that guarantee in writing on paper then sure let do it. So I kept my end of the bargain took the advance paid it off and then was told my credit line could be use at anytime and they were in the process of building a backend portal so that I could log in and access the funds as needed. In 3 months called to confirm the portal and was told it wasn't done yet that it would take about 6 months said ok. called back in 6mnths and was told there were delays but if I needed to draw could, I declined because I wanted to draw for an upcoming project 3 months later and would. 3 months came and I called to draw and all of a sudden nobody knew what I was talking about. Mind you I have it all in writing and all calls recorded..... Since then I have been hung up on treated disrespectfully spoke with multiple people and some of the same people who change their names but after years of working with them you realize who is who so when you call them out they hang up... We are head to the legal system just wanted to post here BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTE TRASH AND EVERY PERSON IN IT IS A BAIT AND SWITCH SPECIALIST... Toni August and I have arranged a couple of much needed capital funding transactions over the years. Passion, Desire to Help, and to provide the very best opportunities that the marketplace has to offer and that will work best for you and your company, are just a couple of the thoughts that come to my mind when thinking about Toni and Staff. They have shown me what excellence should look like and how in the end it is obvious that another stellar deal has been approved, funded and provided with various options along the repayment way. Phrases like, "you are an asset to your company", and simply thank you for assisting in the overall success of a particular project that required additional funding", are just a couple of the niceties I and others I recommended have stated, so its not just me. Bottomline, I will continue to utilize the programs that Merchants provides, and will continue to recommend to others as I consider myself lucky to have Toni and staff as financial business associates. My 5 Stars Are Locked In. Congrats to all at Merchants and simply keep doing what you have been doing. read more

I dealt with this employee by the name of Alan Wall horrible employee by the way all he wanted was to make the deal of me so he could get paid and get a car and go out. Thats all he told me over the phone he did not care about me the customer who was taking the loan out. They have been cold calling my toll free number, so I traced it and found some terrible information about their tactics. When you answer their call and tell them you aren't interested they'll start dialing in on rotating numbers (CID cloaking) and make rude comments. What these guys are doing is illegal. read more
