I worked with Jesus, who was polite but extremely slow to respond; what was described as 5-10 minutes often turned into hours. I completed a credit application and negotiated a price, only to be told afterward that the car had been sold. The delays from both Jesus and the finance team directly led to this situation and completely wasted my time. I also asked to speak with a manager, but no one was ever available. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
