DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! Their items are deceiving and overall crap. When looking at the picture of the item I purchased it showed a FULL SIZED truck with the shade in place. Their description states that the shade will fit most cars, trucks and SUVs. Ha! Maybe if I drove a Mini Cooper or Fiat, then yes, the shade would fit. I asked to return the items and their response was "we can't return the item. You saw the size and ordered it". 100% satisfaction guarantee....BS. The image on the sun shade was faded at the top. It looks like someone didn't know how to blow up a picture to fit correctly. They claim to locates in Wyoming, another BS lie. They advertise "100%" satisfaction guaranteed but when it comes to returning inferior screen print and flimsy material, they says it is "as pictured" and refuse to authorize a refund. JUNK!!!! If I could leave a negative star review I would. I ordered a sweatshirt last summer. Since it was too warm to wear it, I tried it on briefly, it fit, so I stored it & waited for cold weather. I finally put it on in December, & realized that the screen print was off center & crooked. Since it had been several months, I figured it would be too late to return or exchange it. I decided to check to see if the company would do anything due to the problem being a faulty product. The policy, as stated on their website, is: "A. Refund Policies Refund Policies We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to buyer's error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. Refunds (if applicable) We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and it's our respondsibility to replace your item(s) for any of the following reasons: - The product is flawed - The print quality is poor - The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site Please email us, provide a photo of the product you received along with detail shots you wish to include. They again said they would not do anything. I again replied to their email & copy & pasted their website policy this time. Their policy on the website NEVER states anything about a 15 day deadline. I'd give zero stars if I could. I ordered a sweatshirt. The sweatshirt arrived in a different color and the print was so small and blurry I couldn't even read it. I emailed them requesting a replacement (since their refund policy states they do returns for poor quality etc) and I was told by the "customer service rep" that what received was exactly the same as what was advertised so they wouldn't help me. An absolute joke. I did a side by side picture showing a black sweatshirt as advertised with legible wording next to my white sweatshirt with unreadable tiny blurry lettering and they told me it's the same.
