I was delightfully greeted…read moreby 2 managers as I walked in, and as I showed the rip to one of them, without hesitation she grabbed the same pair of pants in the same color and size and effortlessly exchanged them. Wanting to shop around more, she kept them up front for me. Later she came by asking if I left my phone at the counter. After clarifying that it was mine, she went to the front and grabbed it to return it to me. She happily took my clothes and started a fitting room for me. As I was checking out, she happily called the Visa gift card number (even though it was more work on her part) and put a necklace I bought in a small separate plastic bag so it wouldn't catch on one of my skirts inside. This is the kind of customer service everyone should receive in a retail store! 5 stars!

Who would be ok with that? So I asked if there was another embroidery place I could go to, and was told Embroidery Today, which is a block down the road. They weren't interested in my business and didn't apologize for it.

The second time I…read morehad an appointment scheduled for a Monday, and the lady doing the scheduling asked if she could reschedule for Friday when they had all of the parts. I confirmed that it would be ok. When Friday came around, she told me that she would not have scheduled a Friday appointment in my area. I told her everyone makes mistakes, and I have the voicemail from her stating that it would be scheduled for Friday if she would like to hear it. She said F___ you, I wouldn't schedule it for that day, and I'm sending your ticket back. I asked to speak to someone in charge. She said she was the boss. The technicians do a great job, but the "boss" is extremely unprofessional. Edit: It turns out the person who was rude on the phone was the secretary and not the actual boss. The actual boss called me the next day, and I shared the voicemail from the secretary with her. She apologized for the secretaries actions. The technician came out the next business day and quickly fixed my dryer. As a result, I'm bumping my review from one star to three stars. Hopefully the secretary will be less reactive in the future.

After I called the sheriff department. During the conversation I demanded to talk to head sheriff, which is/was Mike Shea. The dispatch person told me he was on vacation for 3 months. No sheriff has 3 months of straight vacation time. Come to find out Mike Shea took 3 months off to run this buisness. You can look up the article in the gladwin newspaper. I found it online. So....while my mother, Rhea Podgorski committed crimes like perjury to gain custody of my son and stole tax returns and covid relief funds and was/is verbally and mentally abusing my son ...Mike shea , if he didn't take vacation/ sick time and was being paid by the county for those 3 months...its fraud and I believe a federal crime. And his whole office knew so they're complicit in federal crimes.
