Zeda was so professional and explained everything from the start and during the process, I felt so relaxed and comfortable and in safe hands. Staff rush to get through clients and no clarification or service provided. When I stated that I had booked in for a pedicure all I received was a sorry and no attempt to correct the error. If you go here ensure that you are clear with service requirements to every person that attends you (I had 3) they will cattle herd you in and out as fast as possible. Also despite been offered the incorrect service eftpos min is $20 that would not be waived and I only had a card to pay with (was expecting a $55 bill for a pedicure). Was told to go to the atm. Once again there was another opportunity to amend the mistake and provide the service that was booked instead the staff opted to be rude. Will not be returning.

Have been here multiple times and each time has been an awful experience…read more From the time, I was getting a XX wax, and the lady had me spread both my legs kept open the whole time (whereas everywhere else I've ever gone to get this wax done, does one leg at a time), this was awkward enough, until she asked if she could have a newer employee come in to practice the wax, (which originally I was like yeah no worries, this means the wax will be finished sooner...) but no, she stood at the end of bed thing watching the other lady wax, whilst I lay there very awkwardly. I did end up asking for her to leave as I was way too uncomfortable. Or the more recent time, that directly after getting a leg wax, the lady says she's going to wipe the bed. I asked, if she could leave the room and just wait for me to get dressed first, but she rudely came back saying, she's just going to quickly wipe the bed. So I stood behind her, with a towel wrapped around me literally waiting for her to finish cleaning the bed. The overall atmosphere of the place is awful as well, as another reviewer said it's cold and unwelcoming.

But I generally go to the Essential Beauty here in North Park and in town to get my eyebrows waxed, and I rarely, if ever have a problem with them. at approximately $15 per eyebrow wax, with your tenth wax free if you are in their system - it's not a bad deal. If you tell them the basic shape you want they will do it, if you leave it up to their discretion they will do what they know best, which varies slightly from person to person. This particular branch seems clean, and is rarely busy, so I can go in there and ask for a wax - and get it almost immediately. I got a full body spray tan once, for my mums wedding, I didn't want to get it done, I didn't like the idea of it, and I was uncomfortable with it -not to mentionI am very self conscious about my body, but my experience with the lady there was lovely, as she was very nice, friendly and understanding. Overall I haven't had a negative experience here.
