Zeda was so professional and explained everything from the start and during the process, I felt so relaxed and comfortable and in safe hands. They still use "handheld" devices which are piercing guns…read moreit still uses blunt force trauma to pierced they dont have correct training or uphold proper piercing standards or quality. None of their body jewellery is safe for wear inside the body, they dont have anatomy knowledge and will just pierced anything for money. So so so many horrible piercings come out of this place and all essential beauty stores. Please do your research and dont get pierced here. Also I was badly burnt when getting my eyebrows waxed!! And found out loads of other people had the same problem, go somewhere else!

They also do all beauty and cosmetic related work and all body piercing. And I really mean ALL body piercing. Basically you want to get something pierced other than ears and your main choices are here or a tattoo shop. I prefer to take my chances here becuase the shop always look very clean compared to most tattoo parlours I have seen. In addition to all their services on offer though I like to also just shop here. They have a great range of accessories for any piercing you may have. And if they don't have it they can usually order it in for you. I once got them to order me a vibrating tongue bar and another time bought a friend a tongue bar with glow in the dark things that went in it. A great novelty Xmas present that she used for New Years. They also have just normal tongue bars and their range is rather extensive compared to some places. If you want something special and want it now go here. If you can wait a couple of weeks and don't have a lot to spend you can get cheap shit ones online.

Book in for pedicure, salon over books and have four people waiting…read more Seen to promptly however after only waiting about 5mins. seated for pedicure but then only buff and polish service provided. Staff rush to get through clients and no clarification or service provided. When I stated that I had booked in for a pedicure all I received was a sorry and no attempt to correct the error. If you go here ensure that you are clear with service requirements to every person that attends you (I had 3) they will cattle herd you in and out as fast as possible. Also despite been offered the incorrect service eftpos min is $20 that would not be waived and I only had a card to pay with (was expecting a $55 bill for a pedicure). Was told to go to the atm. Once again there was another opportunity to amend the mistake and provide the service that was booked instead the staff opted to be rude. Will not be returning.
