We pulled up and there was literally a welcome sign with our boys' names on it - a special touch. They saw us trying to take a pic with them and the sign and actually came out to take the pic with us. And this is the kind of friendly service we got the entire time. Here's something cool I noticed - the exam room didn't have an exam table. The tech and the doc both sat on the floor with the dogs! Everyone from the reception staff to the vet tech to the doctor was amazing. And for the first time at a veterinary office I felt like we were given transparent health and financial info with which to make decisions and didn't feel like I had to keep my hand on my wallet. I'm so glad we moved to Shiloh. And so are Teddy and Denali!

Justin even offered to help me unload, but it was even better to see how much the cats loved them! They work with all types of dogs, whether it is age (puppies to old timers), behaviors (shy to active), or size. Our dog Willow, a 40# border collie mix, felt right at home here. We decided to bring her twice a week for full days so that she can play with all of her furry and human friends. It was by chance that I found this place. I searched several doggy daycares on google, and read each place's reviews. The google reviews were great for both the daycare and veterinary hospital, and I saw 1 5 star review on yelp. I called one day and spoke to Nicole, who I started to realize is an amazing human. We met in person at the Dog Days of Cary event to learn more about what the facility is like, and decided to have our pup come for an assessment. Nicole puts all of her energy and effort into this place, and it shows. All of the dogs are well cared for and loved there. Long story short, this place is now our second home for Willow. Now when we get ready to go to daycare, we tell Willow that we are on our way to see the puppies!!! And she goes crazy and goes right to the door waiting for us to put the leash on her. She jumps on Nicole or Katie once we get inside to drop her off in the mornings, and is like Mom who?? Haha! We just feel really thankful to have found such a great place and I want to spread the good word that if you're looking for a great, caring, loving, friendly place to bring your dog where you don't have to worry about them, then this is the place. I contacted Alex w/Oak City & they were able to get our pets in even with pretty short notice. Oak City came to our home each day we were gone to feed & water our boys as well as scoop litter & administer meds to one of them. They also took a pic of them everyday and texted it to me.
