I came here during lunch on a Tuesday last week. I'm not a fan of places like this just not my flavor palette. Non the less I loved it! I had the Poke Bowl. I don't eat meat just seafood! It was sushi in a bowl and they portions are huge! I couldn't finish it. It wasn't busy when I was there but people were coming and going with orders. I will 100% eat at this place again. I loved it.
Came for a quick lunch around 130pm. The place isn't that big but it was pretty packed. The cashier was nice. Ordered the spicy miso and it was really good. Flavorful and a good amount of ramen!! I also had the brown sugar boba milk tea that was perfectly sweet. I feel like most places doesn't make it that sweet.
Below average ramen in my opinion. Ordered chicken ramen that was paired with fish based broth . Strange combo .I didn't like it . Service was ok. Casual ambience. Won't be back .
Right off the bat kind of a weird vibe. Staff were just awkward i guess. Nice little place it's very clean even the bathrooms are great. True best reviews are for the poke which i didn't try so if you want poke those reviews seem good! The udon though was very average. Lacking flavor it just tasted like boiled chicken in like dashi water broth lol. Not terrible but definitely not worth the price. There are better ramen places but you might have to go a little further than springs unfortunately.
Food: I ordered the spicy pulled chicken udon soup and a spicy tuna handroll. The broth was tasty, the pulled chicken was generous, and overall, it was a solid bowl. The handroll was delicious -- loved how crispy the nori was, because who wants to bite into soggy seaweed? The tuna was fresh, and the spice level was spicy! If you like spice, I highly recommend. Otherwise, order a different handroll. Service: quick, efficient, no fuss. Order at the cashier and pick a seat. The food comes to you. Ambiance: casual, no frills. One critique? They need ramen with non-pork based options. Would be nice to see miso or chicken ramen bowls. Udon is great, but I was really wanting ramen, but I don't eat pork!
A little ramen and poke shop in the corner of the Promenade Shops at Briargate, this was a nice surprise. Staff was patient and friendly as we had our orders upfront. They take credit card. Handed us water cups without asking for them. Bus your own table - bowls and utensils into the back. They also have bubble tea in plastic containers which were ok - overly sweet but bubbles at least were the right texture although ice made it hard to get all of them. The Menya special ramen was excellent. Ramen noodles just right, firm and chewy, the soup was rich but not too oily and not too salty, a difficult find in the US. The spicy miso my wife loved and they even had extra spicy chili oil in case you need it spicier ($0.25 each). The gyoza we'll have to try again later, and the bulgogi bowl was nice and filling, had it over two meals. Miso soup was good, too. Will have to come here again when in town! Excellent ramen and a nice treat.
Excellent gyoza and Ramen! Despite other reviewers experiences, the staff here was friendly and helpful and greeted us upon entry. We ordered the Gyoza, which came pan fried, hot and delicious. My husband had the curry bowl while I ordered the vegetable Ramen to which I added some spicy chili oil. Everything was delicious. The seating is not especially comfortable, but it is bright and clean in the restaurant .
This is my first review of Menya. I've been ordering their poke bowls but this time I tried their ramen. It's a pretty basic ramen and definitely not worth $16. I ordered the Menya Special Ramen. Broth is not rich enough. There's no depth to it and usually, that's what you want in a ramen. Noodles are okay, good bounce and texture. Toppings were questionable.. spinach? Paid extra $2 for Ajitsuk Tamago (egg) and you can see how it's not even a whole egg and very broken. So if you're craving for a really good ramen bowl, this isn't it. If you're just hungry and want ramen, sure why not. I've tried their poke bowls multiple times, I would say fish to rice ration is kinda bad. What fills the bowl is the toppings you would put, so you won't get fish in every bite. We just order from them just because we get a good deal in Uber for ordering.
The noodles for the ramen are pretty good but the broth has no flavor. Ordered the chashu and the spicy miso. Both lacked bold flavor and were basic at best. The spicy tuna roll was good and would recommend.
Decided to stop by here after shopping. The menu included pictures which made it easy to order and the lady at the cashier was very helpful and deciding what to get. I ended up getting the Thai bubble tea and menya special poke. The poke came with some miso soup, which was very tasty and not too salt and was a good portion. The Thai tea was on the sweeter end than I would like and the bubbles were very chewy.
My childhood friend recommended this place and then said, (but you're from S.F. don't get too excited) She was wrong, this place is just as good as any place in Japantown SF. Veggie noodles looked boring but they were actually so flavorful, I added one spoon of their delicious chili oil and I also added corn and egg. My nephew said his spicy miso noodles were almost as good as S.F. and he gave an 8/10. Ambiance was fine. The servers were very friendly and the food was fast.
Authentic, tasty and healthy! What more do you want!? I recommend this spot for dine-in or take out. Staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean and hygienic.

Writing again as a return customer. I cannot say enough good things about this place!!! The food is phenomenal, vegetarian options, as well as carnivore options, very geared for overall omnivore aesthetic. Any of the Boba drinks are delicious and I love the clear container with the can opener top! I previously wrote a review because of the phenomenal Customer service and one of the workers saving my Sephora bag. Wanted to add another review as an Elite yelper to recognize this amazing place! read more

I had a colleague that was visiting my work office from out of town and he wanted to grab some lunch. I let him pick because he was the guest and he decided to pick Menya for some ramen. Well, it is the middle of summer and too hot for ramen (for me at least lol) so I let him get his ramen and I got a build your own poke bowl. I got spicy tuna, seaweed salad, edamame, crab, avocado, jalapeno, and cucumber with the sriracha sesame sauce on it. It was soooo good! It was my first time there even though it's around the corner from my office. I will definitely be going back on another lunch break sometime. It wasn't very busy for lunch time but it was good and I think it's worth stopping by if you're in the mood for some ramen or poke. read more

Decided to stop by here after shopping. The menu included pictures which made it easy to order and the lady at the cashier was very helpful and deciding what to get. I am obsessed with this place. I have gone here for years because the chicken udon is my absolute favorite. I love to get a strawberry calpico too so im glad they have those. read more
I went here for lunch and you order at the counter and then find a table. I got a couple starters since I was not in the mood for ramen at the time. They also have poke bowls so lots to choose from. I got a pork bun and the shumai. I also ordered a drink which they have a fountain set up to help yourself. I chose a table and sat down. As I was waiting - I saw my food at the bar area sitting there. I wasn't sure if it was brought to me or I get it. It sat there for probably 5-7 minutes. I finally got up to ask and the employees behind the counter said if I knew it was mine - I can grab it. I then noticed a lady after I sat run the other food. Interesting... I did enjoy my selection. Shumai was good and bigger than most places. The pork bun was good. It had crunchy onions in it to give texture. Having two apps did cost my probably the same as a bowl of ramen. So a bit pricey for lunch. But regardless, i will define LY be back to try a poke bowl or ramen next time! read more

I stopped by here for a late lunch. The menu was simple to create and better than most I have tried in past. Definitely would recommend to come here and get poke, ramen, or whatever you desire. Good food and nice atmosphere. read more
Ordered takeout from here while at a competition in Colorado Springs. The food was packaged very nicely for a to go order which I was pleasantly surprised by. Order the basic menya ramen and pork buns. The pork buns were a little salty but the dough was great and the sauce was super tasty. The ramen was just slightly undercooked until placing it into the hot broth. Then got to build your own bowl and control the toppings and amount. Portion wise there was plenty and I actually didn't even finish it. A bit pricy but honestly worth it I think. read more

If you want good udon. BOOMLAKACHAKA YOU GOT IT! Service is Tom Brady of food. AKA THE G.O.A.T! And ambiance, the rich persons way of saying surroundings. Don't be afraid but this may not sit well. Ordered via uber eats. They gave us one wrong Ramen, gave us barely any broth very small portions and also adjusted my total dollar amount after the order was placed without telling me why they added an additional $5 to my total. The poke wraps were good but the Ramen was very disappointing this time. read more

Menya is a very good ramen restaurant. I ordered Menya via DoorDash and was pleasantly surprised the ramen was very fresh and had amazing flavor. I ordered the Menya Special (pork ramen) and Udon with Beef, both noodle dishes were amazing and fresh. I highly recommend Menya if you are in the mood for ramen or noodles. read more
I really enjoyed the Ramen from here. The chashu was really good and the broth was rich but not salty. Doesn't look like alot but you will get full. Considering there's not many Ramen spots here in the Springs, I loved it. I've also tried the spicy Miso bowl and thought that was even better than the chashu bowl. I'll give this a 3.5 rating. My sister recommended this place to me to try when I was in town so I figured why not. I wish I could give it a higher rating but there were a few things I think could've been better. *FOOD* - Bulgogi Bun - I'll give it a solid 5 stars. It comes 2 for $7. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. - Spicy Miso Ramen - Mehhh...3.5 stars. I always get the spicy miso ramen option at all ramen restaurants so I'm going to be a bit critical here. I was hoping to give this a higher rating but it wasn't the best spicy miso ramen I've had. Honestly what threw me off was the uncooked veggies in the bowl. Why are the bean sprouts and spinach not cooked? The soup isn't piping hot like pho where you can just shove the veggies into the soup and it'll get cooked. This just confused me. I was not a fan of it at all. The broth also doesn't taste like any of the traditional spicy miso ramen soups I've had in the past. I couldn't quite place the taste. - Chashu Ramen - 4 stars. It comes with 5 pieces of chashu I believe instead of the 2 in the other ramens. Broth is flavorful and this one does taste like traditional tonkatsu ramen. *SERVICE* It definitely could be better. We came in probably 45 minutes before closing and no one was at the register. This is one of those places where you order upfront and they bring the food to you when it's ready. We kinda lingered a little bit, checking out the menu on the screens. After we figured out what we wanted, still no one came up to the register. We see some employees preparing some poke bowls but we also see some not really doing much in the back. They did see us at the register but still no one approached us. Right when I was about to say something, a lady finally came to help us. 3 stars. read more

I've only had Menya delivered, but they probably have the best to-go packaging. Normally, you get something delivered, and it's in a blank white styrofoam container. Presentation wouldn't be as great as if you had eaten at the restaurant. But, Menya's packaging was great! Ramen was awesome. I got the Menya Special ramen (Braised pork belly in pork broth over ramen), Bao Buns and boba milk tea. Highly recommend! read more
Ramen - I can take it or leave it. Does nothing for me. But I'll go out of my way for good poke. And this is good poke. Especially for Colorado. Really, really good poke. Fresh ingredients. Nicely cured fish. Big ol' chonks of fish. Really fresh and bright veg. All you can ask for in a poke joint. Salmon + Tuna. Mango, Ginger, Crab mix, Seaweed Salad. Yuzu kosho + classic shoyu.
