I randomly drove by this shop today and decided to give them a try. After my last few miserable cuts in Richmond, I did not have my hopes up. Walking into the shop, its was apparent that Webster's is popular. All the seats were full and it took about an hr of waiting before my turn came up. Worth the wait. For $12, I got an excellent cut that reminded of my days of getting line-ups in Toronto. In Richmond, this will be my go to spot no matter how long the wait is. In the shop, there are two chairs, but only one barber was working today. There is about 8 waiting seats and sports playing on the TV. Rates are fairly reasonable.

Sense this is still a barber shop, they need to come fix that barber pole and get it operating again for the first time sense the early 2000s like breathing new life in that barber pole after between 15-17 years.
