She finally provided it several days before the wedding, but it caused a lot of unnecessary stress. 2. She provided an estimate through a web portal. We made a payment through that portal, but then she told me not use portal and to instead pay by Zelle. She said I would be refunded in a few days. I went ahead and made another payment through Zelle, but I have not been refunded for the original payment despite several emails to her. It's been a month and a half. I had to file a chargeback with my back during our honeymoon because she was unresponsive.
