Vero was the decorator for my daughter's quinceañera and did an amazing job on the decor, she…read morehighlighted all the little details we wanted on the tables and balloon arches, Everyone absolutely loved the theme and decorations. I am removing one star because of two reasons. Reason # 1, there was an arch put behind my daughter's throne chair that I had concerns with because it was too low and couldn't really be seen, I asked if we could raise it or maybe add another arch to have them both sticking out on the sides to be seen and the only option she gave me was to move it completely and have nothing highlighting her chair. I did not want it moved, I just wanted it to be highlighted more and was confused on why she couldn't just lift it. I ended up having to call a friend the morning of the quince to bring me out another arch and we placed it under her arch and raised it ourselves (with Vero's permission.) I also asked her if she would be adding more balloons to the arch and she said yes, but no more balloons were added. Reason #2, we had agreed on a certain charger for the tables, the evening before the event I noticed different chargers on the tables, when I asked about them she informed me that the vendor didn't have enough of the ones I chose so she would be using 2 different chargers, well those 2 chargers turned into 3 different chargers the day of the event. I was never notified and wasn't even asked if I was ok with it, I felt like that was something I should have been asked or at least told about. Other than that, everything turned out beautiful.

Julie was very thorough, professional, and patient with us as we were scoping out photobooth options, and I knew we had to book her. The process was so smooth after booking. Julie frequently checked in with us, let us know if she needed anything from us, and was always on top of it from her end! One of my favorite aspects of booking her was that we could customize the photobooth strip design and "Tap to Start" page however we liked. I loved seeing our photo strip design cohesive with all other aspects of our wedding. On wedding day, the photobooth was everything I could've ever imagined. Julie and the team set up early, helped guests navigate the machine, and were so kind throughout it all, despite it being such a busy day! I got compliments from guests saying how easy it was to get their photos texted to them and how nice it was to be able to print as many copies of a photostrip as they needed for any larger group photos. The team even added in a photostrip guestbook and video guestbook in, which I appreciated so so much.
