I asked them to serve water or drinks, but then they served the appetizers instead. Guests got thirsty, while they were serving the food. They cut my cake into blocks of 4x5 inches.. which is way too big for one person. I caught them or one of them just sitting around instead of finding something to do which there was a lot such as gathering the dirty dishes, doing the garbage, etc. Lastly, our arrangement is at $14 an hour. At the last minute, they told me it was $15. Also, we arranged them to be there at 5pm-11pm. They were there at 4:30pm which I don't mind, but then they were trying to leave at 10:30pm (to cut the 6 hour shift) when I needed them until 11pm, so I guess I needed to ask them a favor to stay an extra 30 minutes when our arrangement is a little bit different.
